  1. Thanks, I guess I'll just check BB.com for an update.
  2. I've never been to a night practice, only the open day practices at St. John Fisher. I'd like to go to a night practice this year. Do you have to get a ticket? Are they free? Thanks in advance.
  3. You're right, the first movie was the best. Still laugh when I think about the last scene with Queen Elizabeth!
  4. Busty Female Shop Assistant: Is this some kind of bust? Lt. Frank Drebin: Well, it's very impressive, yes, but we need to ask you a few questions. Lt. Frank Drebin: That's the red-light district. I wonder why Savage is hanging around down there. Captain Ed Hocken: Sex, Frank? Lt. Frank Drebin: Uh, no, not right now, Ed. Lt. Frank Drebin: Hector Savage. From Detroit. Ex-boxer. His real name was Joey Chicago. Ed Hocken: Oh, yeah. He fought under the name of Kid Minneapolis. Nordberg: I saw Kid Minneapolis fight once. In Cincinnati. Lt. Frank Drebin: No you're thinking of Kid New York. He fought out of Philly. Ed Hocken: He was killed in the ring in Houston. By Tex Colorado. You know, the Arizona Assassin. Nordberg: Yeah, from Dakota. I don't remember it was North or South. Lt. Frank Drebin: North. South Dakota was his brother. From West Virginia. Ed Hocken: You sure know your boxing. Lt. Frank Drebin: All I know is never bet on the white guy. [Nordberg nods in agreement]
  5. The Bills are looking for heady football players. Therefore, Fitz stays.
  6. I'll do it! May the lord have mercy on my soul.
  7. I thought Wang was playing some solid football.
  8. No real proof but selling his WNY home does at least suggest he wants out of Buffalo Bret Favre finally forced Green Bay to trade him. I'm sure Favre would have preferred to have been released, then he could have gone to the Vikings directly, without having to spend time with the Jets. Green bay refused to cut him or trade him to the Vikings. I just don't think Schobel is ready to hang em up for good.
  9. I don't believe him. He has only been a 4-3 DE and now that we switch to the 3-4 he only wants to play here? I think he has his eye on Houston, or New Orleans. I'm tired of letting guys go without any compensation. We need to be more like Philly and get a little compensation for good players who are on there way out of town. If he wants to retire, fine. We still hold his rights. If there is a team interested in his services, then ask for a mid round draft pick. Who knows, maybe a teams top pass rusher in a 4-3 gets injured. Schobel is still playing at a high level.
  10. Shannahan and Cowher to my knowledge were probably offered the job and turned it down. At the time there were all kinds of rumors about the Bills offering the job to Jim Harbaugh, Marty Schottenheimer, Brian Schottenheimer, and others. To my knowledge, there has never really been any confirmation that these or any others were actually offered the job. My point was that those of you who trust in Shefter's twitters may very well end up the twits.
  11. I suppose with that reasoning, if Clausen would have been picked just before #41 then the Bills would have been heartbroken yet again. Bunk. Nix is a strait shooter in my book. He didn't want Tebow early in the draft. If anything, Tebow was used as a distraction.
  12. Give me a break! I know what I heard. He kept coming on to ESPN saying the Bills were devastated and heartbroken.
  13. Shefter is the same guy who said the Bills were HEARTBROKEN that Denver traded up ahead of us and took Tebow. This guy puts out more gossip than Dear Abby.
  14. Maybe it's true, maybe not. Can't trust Florio for any real information Most of his information comes from this guy's twitter page. Florio's main source
  15. True, until people see the back, they are likely to think I'm wearing a McDufus jersey.
  16. I know of a few local shops that sell Clemson Jerseys. I'm going to check it out before they turn over all there stuff. Maybe I'll get one or two Orange #28 Spiller jerseys. I see them fairly often.
  17. Funny, for sure. If it was Dan Williams, we'll probably never know, at least as long as Troup is here. That would only send a bad message to him. If Troup flames out and Williams becomes a Pro-Bowler, then word will likely get out that he was the guy they wanted all along!
  18. Living 20 minutes from Clemson, there is no doubt that I will be buying a new Spiller jersey. It will probably be just as popular to wear around here as when I come back to WNY to see family. The NFL shop store looks to have #21 assigned to Spiller. Do you think Leodis McKelvin will give up his #28? I'm not really fond of our current uniforms. Any chance they will change in the next year? Maybe I'll do the safe thing and go with a throwback after I get confirmation about Spiller's jersey #.
  19. Gee, I"m really floored that Jerry didn't like the draft. What a discombobulated piece of literary garbage. Tries to make some kind of point in his last sentence, but miserably rambles paragraph after paragraph. SOS, different day.
  20. Good one, or maybe the Erectric Company
  21. I keep trying to read your comment but my eyes keep drifting over to your avatar!
  22. According to the trade value chart it would take our #2 and #4 to move up to pick33
  23. I suspect they were trying to get Bulaga.
  24. Would anyone expect anything different from Jerry Sullivan. Same old crap from a discontented grumbler. He will look stupid as usual when Spiller is the rookie of the year and lighting it up on Sundays. I love the Spiller pick. By far the best player on the board. Seems I also remember a rant by Sullivan not too long ago about how we needed to replace M. Lynch. Go figure!
  25. I love the Spiller pick. I've watched this guy light it up this year, living only 20 minutes from Clemson. Bye Bye Lynch! Spiller will be the focal point of our offense and Gailey will put him to good use.
