  1. I'm not so sure that I trust Brandon Beane's ability to trade for a wide receiver. Kelvin Benjamin, Corey Coleman, Antonio Brown. I'm glad the wheels came off this trade.
  2. This is probably going to end badly. Lets recap our recent WR trades. Kelvin Benjamin for 3rd and 7th rounders. BUST! Corey Coleman 7th rounder and eating his salary last year. BUST! Antonio big chest Brown......I sure hope we didn't trade our first rounder for him.
  3. How many times was Irv Smith on the turf at the combine? Maybe Dabol puts in a good word but I'm not so sure he goes in the top 50.
  4. I went back and listened to Mayock talk about Rosen on the Dan Patrick show on the day of the draft. He had concerns about Rosen's durability and ability to escape and protect himself in the pocket. I don't think Oakland makes much of a push for Rosen. Maybe it will be the skins.
  5. Could be. Cardinals could ask for more than #15. They could save face a little if they get a top 10 pick after moving up to #10 last year. It will be interesting to see.
  6. I think the teams that could have an interest are Washington, Oakland, San Diego, Miami, New England, and NYG. Maybe Cincinnati and Denver. I think the Jags go with Foles but they also have cap restraints. I agree with you about the timing. This doesn't wait until draft night.
  7. This is really interesting. I think the wildcard in all of this is Josh Rosen. If Arizona drafts Murray then Rosen probably is more attractive than Haskins as the next best QB. Mayock had Rosen as his 3rd best QB, even above Mayfield. I don't see Haskins as a Gruden type of QB. If Arizona wants a top 10 pick for Rosen this could create an opportunity for Buffalo. Rosen's contract is dirt cheap for several years as his signing bonus is already paid by Arizona. Washington is rumored to be interested in Rosen as they have cap constraints. I could see other teams being interested as well. Maybe a three way trade involving pick #9, Rosen, and a move down scenario for Buffalo? Ahhh yes......it's that time of the year! Time to work the phones Brandon Beane.
  8. I'm planning on the Bills drafting Irv Smith Jr from Alabama. Dabol knows what he can do.
  9. He looks really slow to me.
  10. I'm not so certain that pick 9 was a hot spot for a QB anyway. There will probably be only 2 in the top 10. Haskins and Murray and they may go before pick 9. Someone will likely fall to #9 that is coveted by another team. I see Cleveland and Oakland as possible teams that would be able to move up. Both currently have plenty of picks but that could change before the draft.
  11. I hope the Bills trade down. I think the 2 teams that are most likely to trade up in the first round are Oakland and Cleveland. Both have the draft ammo to move up into the top 10. Devin White could be a target for teams trying to get ahead of Cincy or Denver.
  12. I was talking about Tenny Palepoi who we signed from San Diego last year then cut him.
  13. Didn't the last DT was got from the chargers stink?
  14. Return the rest of your signing bonus you greedy little bleep and maybe we trade you.
  15. If it is a Cleveland-Houston type deal where Pittsburgh gives us their 2nd rounder to take this head case, I would do it. second thought...No way!
  16. Once a cheater, always a cheater. I think he is just better at not getting caught.
  17. If I were an NFL coach and BB texted me, I would worry about some kind of spying or fishing program now encrypted on my phone.
  18. Metcalf then Deebo, if he runs well.
  19. He is trying to get the As to pay him more money for not going to the NFL. I hope the As call his bluff. I don't think he is planning to play in the NFL.
  20. When we signed Mario Williams we were more in desperation mode. This draft has some good pass rushers for a whole lot less $. Clowney is not a franchise type guy but he will be paid as such. Pass on this move.
  21. I think the top guy scouted at the NC State game would be the center Bradbury. He isn't mentioned.
  22. Not to be a doubting Thomas, but how do I really know that we scouted these games?
  23. I agree. If a deal can be made with Washington, move down to 15, pick up there 2nd rounder-#46 and pick Risner. Please don't pick the RB from Alabama here. There are good players to be had on day #2 and we would have 3, possibly 4 day #2 picks.
  24. Joshua Miles OL Morgan State. The only OL at the East West Shrine Game that could really handle the better DL. Very athletic and a bright articulate guy. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets invited to the Senior Bowl. I think he will be climbing up the draft boards. Here is an interview from E-W Shrine game. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iIscnXY4TdY
