  1. The Minnesota Vikings select with the 89th pick Akeem Davis-Gaither OLB Appalachian State. @Billl and the Texans are on the clock
  2. Nfl.com draft tracker has him rated next to Bartch who just went off the board.
  3. What about Matt Peart OT Connecticut. I hear the Belichick really likes him. Would be great to scoop him up from under their noses.
  4. Do you think Kansas City is stupid for loading up on offensive talent? To get past them in the playoffs, you will have to be able to score points. Claypool is a mismatch that was underutilized. He'll catch Allen's darts and improve our special teams.
  5. With the 26th pick of the 2nd round, the Minnesota Vikings select Damon Arnette CB Ohio State. @bkep32 is now on the clock.
  6. He would add a dimension that we dont currently have. He could be a great TE to pair with Knox or a great red zone WR. He is a special teams demon so he would also contribute that way. I think a good #2 RB will be there next round. I dont think Claypool gets past Indy at 44 unless they take a WR at 34. He played in their backyard and they have heavily scouted him.
  7. St. Jetersburg is a great name.
  8. Everytime I see this guy's name I can't help but think of the seizure drug.
  9. I'm guessing Chinn or one of the DTs Madubuike, Elliott, or Gallimore.
  10. I think Miami wants Tua and the feeling is mutual. I could see Tua selectively act aloof for teams that he wants to avoid. Teams like Cincinnati, Detroit, Jacksonville, maybe San Diego.
  11. He also loved Josh Allen and had him his #1 QB. He took a lot of heat for that but I hope he got that one right.
  12. The Vikings 3 biggest needs are CB, WR, and DE. Gross-Matos has a lot of upside and fills a need. It comes down to WR and CB here at #25. Aiyuk is tempting but Higgins is more polished, has been well coached, and has played in many big games. He will pick things up more quickly. I'm not thrilled with the CB value here. So, with pick #25, the Vikings select Tee Higgins WR Clemson.
  13. With the 22nd pick in the draft, the Vikings select Yetur Gross Matos, DE, Penn State. We are picking again very soon so that's all I'll say for now.
  14. Sorry for not reading closely and listing only 1 team. Vikings (to see what we missed), Jaguars and Raiders (since 2 picks are always better than 1).
  15. I used fanspeak with multiple different draft boards. I went with Steve on this one.
  16. I live in Carolina panthers country but am a lifelong Bills fan. My friend, a Panthers fan, thought he was a liability last year. It will be interesting to see how he does in camp. If anything, it gives us flexibility. Maybe they trade someone, possibly Spencer Long to a team needing a center. Cowboys come to mind.
  17. Ultrasound. No x-rays involved.
  18. I agree. RB tends to drop in the draft. WR, OT, and DE are needs and will go quickly. I like Claypool but doubt he gets to 54. Matt Peart OT from UConn could be there at 54 but probably not at 86. Edge guys go quickly and Baun, Okwara, Gross-Matos are likely long gone before 54. Lewis from bama missed a lot of time due to injuries but has a lot of upside. Jaylon Johnson the cb from Utah could be there at 54 as he was to have shoulder surgery. Lots of options beyond RB, for sure.
  19. Claypool is big and physical and goes after the ball. He is also a special teams demon. Very athletic. Bill's have scouted him a lot but so have other teams. In Colts backyard and they need a wr.
  20. I was thinking the same thing. Feliciano could be our backup center. Not sure what you could get. 5th rounder?
  21. I like Mims but I would rather get Claypool. I don't think Claypool makes it to pick 54. The Colts have heavily scouted him and need a WR. If they don't take him at 34, I don't think they would pass at 44.
  22. I wonder how he is recovering from his broken foot in the playoff game.
  23. I hope his foot heals. He had surgery in January after breaking the foot in the playoffs.
  24. I hope so. I hope I'm wrong about the guy. The Antonio Brown thing is still pretty fresh in my mind.
