I heard 70-75% of the money coming in is on the Bills, so wouldn’t the line move KC’s way to entice more bettors to throw money on KC?

I put that more on Benford and has lack of recognition. His assignment crashed down on the line, tight into the muck of players. There was nowhere for that receiver to go to make himself available for Lamar. With his assignment’s first steps toward the OL, Benford should’ve stayed wide, but hesitated for a moment like he wasn’t sure where to go and that hesitation got Andrews open. If the communication was for Benford to always stay wide, don’t let anyone get outside of him, he makes that stop pretty easy. If the play was for the receiver Benford was covering, there’s no way he would’ve been able to stick with him anyway through the mess of bodies. Don’t let anyone out flank you!

I like Bishop playing Rapp’s strong/box safety position more than I like him playing Hamlin’s free/deep safety position. I think the rook will be fine, this game is more on the offense to put constant pressure on KC anyway.

I believe Thuney first started playing LT against the Chargers. I know he started there the next game against the Browns, he accidentally poked Myles Garrett in the eye. Up until last week Thuney looked like he had solved their LT problems, but Anderson from HOU got the better of him the second time around.

Does feel like something is off and for as much as Cooper loves playing for the Bills, I can’t see him re-signing here, unless both parties agree to something super cheap (doubtful). We traded a 3rd round pick for him and don’t use him much. KC traded a 3rd for Hopkins and he hasn’t been impactful for them either so that sort of smooths it over a bit (not sure the percentage of Hopkins’s snap count).

Hollins was even on the field more than Cooper. McD was asked about it, but he just brushed it away as a non-issue. Sounds like the Bills think other WRs can help them more.

I think one thing’s for sure - the Chiefs will key in on Allen’s read option runs in critical “gotta have it” situations. He’s going to have to do like Jordan and pass the ball to Kerr for the open shot. Hand it off to Ty Johnson or Cook, because the Chiefs aren’t going to let him beat them this time.

Should’ve just signed Gesicki as a receiving TE and used those 1st and 4th rounders on other positions. That’s not hindsight either, I didn’t like trading up for a TE in the first when Josh had never shown a reliance on feeding the position. But hey, the Bills won and will be playing for the AFC Championship, so I care very little about this right now.

Calen Bullock at safety would’ve been nice. Only other player I really wanted was T’Vondre Sweat, but that would mean no Coleman and Beane wouldn’t have been able to make it home alive if he passed on a WR for a DT.

Always thought the Bills would win the SB in a year no one expected them to. A magician earlier predicted the Bills would win as well. All lining up prophetic.

Reminiscent of how the Bengals and Chiefs would be middling defenses during the year but then turn it on in the playoffs. If we get that same defensive effort versus the Chiefs, we win that game by 2 scores.

If we scored that TD to go up 31-19 there’s no way they could say the Ravens lost the game more than the Bills won it. Also, the offensive output would’ve been quite different if Brady and co didn’t have the 21-10 lead. That was my only concern, how they turtled up in the 3rd.

Supposedly if you do it repeatedly they’ll catch on and ban you, BUT in the first time I ever did it I wasn’t able to check-in online, only at the gate, so I went and the woman behind the counter asked me 3 times what was my final destination. I kept saying Denver (even though it was LA where we’d switch planes) and she warned me if I missed the connecting flight I would be subject to being banned. I asked her why, she said she didn’t know, only that I was “flagged.” I acted insulted, of course, but when I touched down in LA and saw they were in need of seats, I just canceled that second leg of the trip in the app. This was with AA and I didn’t get any blowback from that cancel (versus just outright not showing up at the gate). All that said… they’re watching. Even when you’re a first timer.

In basketball, there’s something called a “box and one,” which is zone defense with one defender manned up on a player. When the Bills run zone against KC, I’d like to see an approach like this utilized. Put Cole Bishop on him in man and zone everywhere else. If Kelce runs himself into an area where a defender already is, that turns into a double team. Can’t let Kelce run free wherever he wants, dedicate a defender to him at all times.

It was curious for Beane to trade up in the first to take him when Allen had never shown a reliance on the TE. He’s being underutilized, either through scheme or Josh, but he’s also had a few drops, including that long one against DEN that was ruled a catch.

We’re talking about game speed, which is much different than practice speed and even training camp speed. Have you played competitive sports at least at the collegiate level? If yes, picture yourself after a loooong layoff where all you got in the meantime was practice and then suddenly you’re playing a meaningful game. Even the players have said there’s a difference between practice speed, game speed, and playoff speed. Every level ticks up a notch.

If Hyde was going to play, he should’ve got some time in the last game against NE. The game will move VERY fast for him if he gets out there, even with his years and years of experience. You don’t just walk back into meaningful time in professional sports like that.

Dear offense, please don’t take your foot off the gas when you have a lead, it stresses the defense. Dear Rasul, please run down the field with your receivers and actually attempt to make a play on the ball. You’ve given up free yards all year, it’s not just on your safety help. Make a play! Dear Bills, thank you for another week. Come out with the same fire next week and stay aggressive and hungry the entire game. Go Bills!

Playing very cautious, no longer pressing the ball down the field or dictating. More concerned with sitting on a lead and not making a mistake, it looks like.

I’m gonna bring up the argument again that RBs should be paid more. If Jefferson is worth $35M/yr, a top RB like Barkley should get at least $25M/yr given how much they touch the ball and all they’re asked to do. I think the top guy currently gets like $15M/yr.

What sort of exercise do we want the demons doing? Cardio? Or did you mean exorcise like exorcism? 😂

I’d be screaming for a flag if the defender intentionally launched his helmet into our WR. That wasn’t the case. There’s a difference between helmet contact and launching/spearing/targeting.
