I see your points. When nothing is happening at the stadium, it's like a rural suburb. But who's to say that a 10-story hotel or shopping could bring in other non-sports fans year-round, making OP more money. I mean, we could finally tear down McKinley Mall and fix the roads around that place. (Talk about potholes!)
You make excellent points. The Village of Orchard Park, however, is not as forward-thinking and is not going to allow commercial buildings that will allow what you speak of.
Just an FYI, Byrnecliff suffered some damage from yesterday's storm. Some large trees went down and parts of the course were flooded. Plus, someone lost control and took out half of the Byrnecliffe sign on 20A
What I didn't realize, and shame on me for not realizing it, was June 29th, 2024, was the 50th Anniversary of Neil Peart joining Rush. So this was a great anniversary present!
