  1. He's been released from the hospital. Thankful the bullet missed all his vital organs.
  2. Bullet went through his chest. Thank God he's going to be ok. Shooter is a 17 year old from Tracy, about 1 1/2 hours outside San Francisco. https://abc7.com/post/san-francisco-49ers-wide-receiver-ricky-pearsall-shot-attempted-robbery-union-square-authorities-confirm/15253615/ SAN FRANCISCO -- 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall was shot in the chest Saturday during an attempted robbery in central San Francisco, officials said, and he was reported to be in serious but stable condition. Mayor London Breed said in a post on the social platform X that Pearsall was shot in Union Square, which is a downtown shopping and theater district home to a popular public square of the same name. "My thoughts are with Ricky and his family at this time," Breed said. San Francisco police said in a statement that Pearsall was injured while being robbed in the area of Geary Street and Grant Avenue, and so was the suspect. Both were taken to the hospital, the statement said. Authorities say the robbery suspect is in custody. In a press conference Saturday, the suspect was identified as a 17-year-old juvenile from Tracy, Calif. Their condition was described as stable.
  3. Was at Wingfest today. My band plays it every year. The wings from Wing Army from Mexico were mighty tasty. The owner of Wing Army also asked our band to come to Mexico to play a couple of music festivals. I gave him our card and said if he paid for transportation, lodging, etc, we would do it. He said he would, so we shall see what comes of it.
  4. @SDS Only going to be me. Wifey said her plate is full for September and will take a rest day.
  5. Sometimes my wife borrows her dad's car. Stick shift. She drives it flawlessly. And also the car.

  7. The examples given are poor examples. I say nothing to see here.

  9. I'm done with Twitter for Bills news. Ima just come here. Thanks all!
  10. wait until 2025 where we have some actual cap room to make a play for Tier 1 talent.
  11. I'm not worried about what one site has to say. Josh and co have historically come through to win the AFC East. Even if they don't, I'm confident they will make the playoffs where anything can happen. I know. They historically have not faired well in the playoffs. Anything can happen.
  12. I always get the El Nino Burrito, and it always does the trick. My wife made an observation. There was a Checkers at the corner of Transit and Walden. Whenever we drove by it, it was always empty. Checkers closed, Mighty moved in, and whenever we drive by it, it's always full. Her observation: No matter where they go, Mighty always attracts a crowd.
  13. I watched three plays, and then my wife and I went to the driving range. I figured out my fairway wood and driver. So it was a very good night.

  17. Didn't see anything that would affect anything.
  18. I'm taking a sick day on my last day of work. Is that bad?
  19. Well, it is New Zealand
  20. My sister-in-law installed a cocktail pool in her backyard, specifically for her dogs. She had it designed where the pool bottom in the shallow end is shallow enough for the dogs to lie down in the water easily. It's about half the size of a regular-sized pool. https://leisurepoolsusa.com/fiberglass-pools/what-is-a-cocktail-pool/
  21. Don't know why either, but I've given up arguing about stuff like that here. It is what it is.
