One big caveat with this is, LA County is vastly more than just Los Angeles proper. It extends way out into the lower Eastern Sierras. Lots of low income in those areas. so the $70K low-income rate makes sense.

We got there just before 8 pm last night. 3 of us. We were told an hour wait for a table. Then 3 people got up from the bar. I grabbed those seats. Total wait time, 2 minutes.

My 23 yr old stepdaughter is hella smart, and I am grateful for that. We were going to set up a dining room in one of the downstairs bedrooms that don't have doors. Just like the previous owner and previous owners before them. She says, "You don't use your dining room table except for putting mail and packages on it. You use it to eat on maybe twice a year. I now live about 5 minutes from the EA Bar Bill. For all the time I have been in the area, I have never eaten there. Now there's no excuse.
