Good game, but the Bills don't win close games within 3 points. They suck! Sarcasm fyi -
Davonte Adams should be suspended a game

He would have walked right into him with that equipment. I would say the player has "right of way" over the camera guy. -
Davonte Adams should be suspended a game
DieHardBillsFan replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
IDK, I may be in the minority, but its not like DA sped up to bump him or push him over. The guy was about to walk right into him. The guy had clear vision on the player, which you can see on the video. I would say the player has "right of way". Obviously an over reaction by DA but also the reactions of this board imo. His immediately after could be right after he was in the tunnel. I am not a DA defender or anything, just trying to include all perspectives. -
New Statistic Idea for Josh Allen
DieHardBillsFan replied to DieHardBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
That is supporting my separate position that season records should be divided by games so all of history isn't broken due to the 17 game seasons now. This would be based on season. So it use to be 11 games and 14 and 16. The final season stats should then be divided by the number of games that season and now multiplied by what the current total is for the season ending stats. So if you had 1600 rushing yards in a 16 game season, that total would be brought up to 1700 for a 17 game season. Since it is based on season and not starts, injuries are still impacted as they should be. The endurance factor should count. As I posted, blow outs are incredible! and I hope we can do that all season for JA, BUT that is exactly what I am saying. How many games did he sit early last year from blow outs. If he pushed those games to the finish, could he have lead the league in every category last year? I would say it is VERY likely. -
I have been excited and happy that JA is able to get out of games early and the Bills get blow out wins. These are incredible things! I also look at how last year he wasn't selected as MVP or even to the Pro Bowl after looking at his end of year stats. I think that the Bills winning the Super Bowl is more important than any individual stat. I would also like to see JA go down as the best QB of all time! I am a stats guy and think there should be something to display how amazing JA is without forcing him to stay in when the game is in the bag. New Stat: How many games does the back up QB start playing the game before the 2 minute warning and the starting QB isn't out with an injury. Sure, this will happen when the starter is sat because he is playing poorly as well, but not very often. This is also going to be due to the quality of Defense, so should it also be a McD stat? What are your thoughts? Is there another stat to record for JA besides the obvious #SB wins? Obviously, the stats as they are, will not clearly demonstrate how good JA is if he keeps sitting out of games before most of the 4th quarter has finished.

Bills Never Win Close Games, Bad Coaching!

Nah he was right and made a joke too. -
Worried about Cook……is it too early?
DieHardBillsFan replied to streetkings01's topic in The Stadium Wall
My thought is he is hung up on prior mistakes and its causing them to continue. Once he gets a string of positive plays, I think he will take off. Looking forward to it and hope it starts sooner than later. We could use the big plays he can make! -
Bills Never Win Close Games, Bad Coaching!
DieHardBillsFan replied to DieHardBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
So when the games are close, he's about 500 but if its a blow away, its over 80%. I'll take those odds. I would say he learns from his losses. I think we could all agree... After the Pats were destroyed in a close game that was cold. And the next hot game in Miami will be a blow out as well! -

Cowherd killing Bills coaching in his monologue
DieHardBillsFan replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
We need audibles on run plays that are different run plays not involving JA. -
I agree that Milano should be noticed more but Jordan Phillips when healthy is the greatest game breaker allowing Milano and Edmunds to make plays. Von Miller too but he is always mentioned.

Patriots Game 2021, Dolphins Game, Anomalies
DieHardBillsFan replied to DieHardBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
This team is built to win in January. We didn't get a Hawaiian for a QB, we got a big kid with huge hands for cold weather. We have the size now that would win that game against the Pats if it was that cold and windy today. This game should have ended with a W but the only thing you could blame on coaching was there not being more cooling areas on the sideline and pregame decisions made. That game had many ways to win, it was injury and execution that lost, not coaching. -
I honestly love that he is that passionate!!! He is up there dropping F bombs like the rest of us and hates losing games he should win!

NFL Week #3 - Bills at the Dolphins - Post game thread
DieHardBillsFan replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
and require there to be some type of cover for both teams! -
This game reminded me many times of the Patriots game last year. Elements causing foolish mistakes and injuries. First game against the Patriots... Crazy cold with 40+ mile per hour winds. This game against the Dolphins... Crazy heat with very high humidity. To a degree, that was encouraging. Just remember the last 2 times the Bills played the Pats last year. No need to overreact!!! This will not be how the games are late in the year and during the Playoffs. They still need to prep better than they do for the extremes. What ever extra they need to figure out.

First impression: James Cook
DieHardBillsFan replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am not agreeing with the full post, he has the one break away that showed his potential, but he really isn't seeming to find the hole. It's obviously too early, but some flash promise early, especially at RB, he really hasn't... yet. -
I am sure this statement is going to take over the thread which it should because it is a "pathetic" low blow. He had no intentions in hurting D Jack and the guy was everywhere this game. They scored that TD because they called the right play, doubled our weak DT(likely a bad Defensive play call), which was thrown back into the endzone, and no one would have been able to stop that play from the LB position. Edmunds has not been behind a dominant front 4 to allow him to make plays, and now that he does, he has no excuse, and he is making plays! He is a very good LB and we need to keep him. End of story.
