  1. He's left Dallas without a contract so it looks like it's anyone's game.
  2. There's still 5 more weeks in the Regular Season. One could easily quantify 5 weeks as "several".
  3. No, they released Stevenson freeing up a second roster spot on the 53 and then signed C.J. Brewer. There's still a spot left from placing Von Miller on IR as Alaina said in the second part of the tweet. Wonder who leaked this out? Dallas banking on him wanting to come there and trying to get him to lower his price or the Giants or Bills?
  4. There's still an open roster spot.
  5. He has left the building. Only chance I think we have is that Dallas comes in with an offer that is less than or similar to ours. Which I doubt with the way Jerry has been talking about him in the press.
  6. It was originally reported OBJ would be visiting on Friday, but I'm assuming he's actually visiting Saturday because no one reported his being here.
  7. Really want him to come here. Especially with Jamison Crowder and Jake Kumerow on IR. But I think it's ultimately going to come down to money and a team investing in him beyond this season - which I don't see us giving him.
  8. I don't know how I'd rank them individually on a Top 10 list of all time Bills - but I'll say without hesitation Allen to Diggs is the best QB/WR combination this team has ever had and it might not be close.
  9. Down Morse, Rousseau, and Edmunds and losing Von and Dawkins midgame on a short week on the road against a team on a 3 game win streak - I'll take a win any way we can get it.
  10. Ed is that f'n dude. Fans were expecting Aaron Donald following his college career and being a top 10 pick and dog him for not being that. But he is very good and deserves another contract.
  11. I said before this season started, the only thing that can stop us is injuries. We lost Micah Hyde for the year. Every single week we're down key players at key positions. Now we'll be extremely lucky if Von's not done for the year. Cannot win a Championship like this.
  12. Good catch. Spotrac needs to update their page. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/buffalo-bills/ They also hypothesize Singletary's market at 5.3 million a year.
  13. With the amount of RB's on the market combined with the what RB's get paid, I could see him not having a big market. The question is with Poyer, Edmunds, Morse, Saffold, Phillips, and more as UFA's - will they want to pay ANYTHING for a veteran RB?
  14. Last year, not having Tre White killed our chances of getting to the Super Bowl. IMO, with a healthy White - it wouldn't have come down to 13 seconds and OT wouldn't have happened. Eventually we'll get him back, but now Hyde is gone. It would be a struggle without him. But without Hyde AND Poyer? And still not having White back. And Elam hurt? It's just way too much to overcome. Especially when we're playing Justin Jefferson with Adam Thielen and T.J. Hockenson. In a vacuum, it's easy to say "it's all on Josh - we still could have won that game". But with at least a couple of those guys in there, there's no way Justin Jefferson goes off for 193 yards.
  15. Could the game have still possibly been won? Yeah. But call me crazy, I don't think Justin Jefferson would have went off for 193 yards if we had even a couple of those guys. Injuries are becoming too much to overcome against the good teams.
  16. No Tre White, Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer, and Kaiir Elam was not a good recipe vs. Justin Jefferson, T.J. Hockenson, and Adam Thielen.
  17. It would be great if Josh's arm is in better shape than everyone assumed and he starts. But I'm not ready to say for 100% he's starting until we see him under center. They could very well be thinking that if something happens to Keenum, Josh could hand the ball off, make an occasional short to midfield throw, and take off on option runs - which would be a much better option than Barkley. But here's hoping!
  18. I think he's looking for both. But the question is what side does he lean towards more? His tweet showing displeasure at the money offered to him by LA and saying "I know what I'm worth" makes me feel he may be leaning more towards money. In which case, I don't know if we're as big of a suitor as we're led to believe. Bc I don't see us offering him much or anything long term.
  19. Good for him. Now we'll see if he was as misused and disrespected as many posters felt. Ultimately, regardless of what fans felt about him, the team valued him less than they did, in keeping a 7th CB in Cam Lewis over him.
  20. Jordan Poyer and Tremaine Edmunds are FA's after this season. Gabe Davis and Ed Oliver will be Free Agents after next season. If there isn't much of a market for Singletary, maybe he comes back. But with guys who take priority over him, the rise in cap costs to contracts that went out to guys like Josh, Diggs, Von, and Tre, and having Hines and Cook under contract next season - it makes way more sense to save that money and take a flyer on the 3rd back in the 5th round area of the Draft.
  21. We had a total of 3 Safeties on the roster and now Poyer's availability is in question. Another Safety was necessary before Poyer got hurt again. Marlowe isn't going anywhere this season.
  22. James Cook showed improvement on Sunday - but he's still a work in progress who spent most of the year dropping passes. Nyheim Hines is a veteran who is one of the best receiving RB's in the league right now. He provides much more stability, especially if Devin Singletary we're to go down. James Cook could become a star. But right now he's still acclimating to the game. He's been much more of a project than I or probably the team expected. McDermott implied he has just now started to practice the way he likes. In Hines we get much more of a sure thing as we push towards a Championship right now.
  23. James Cook looks like the game is starting to slow down for him a bit and is starting to get his sea legs under him - so I'm not as worried about RB anymore. But if Jordan Poyer is out for any extended period of time, we have to look at getting a Safety in here. Rodgers immediately started throwing successfully against Damar Hamlin and Jaquon Johnson. We cannot lose Micah Hyde AND Jordan Poyer and stand pat.
