I'm thinking that there will be a larger number of 1st, 2nd round no-signs. Most owners already have sell-outs for their tix. Still waiting for a reply about my post about the civil entity aspect. If the NFL is a single entity, what is the fate of the stadium contracts signed by this or that city or county with this or that individual team? Can a city/county declare a deal with one of the 32 void, and demand a renegoiated contract with a single-entity NFL? I personally suffer taxation because of the actions of big city welfare queens/kings that vote for anything because they well know it doesn't come out of their hide. I would love to see the NFL win single entity status, and the voiding of existing contracts with municipalities.

Not a single question about Iraq...Afghanistan...N. Korea. I'm dismayed about the filled seats - those that were chosen to ask questions were selected beforehand. If the NFL is a "single entity", what will happen to current contracts between a government and a team? The deal worked out between the B'gals and Hamilton County is often held as one of the worst, if not the worst ever. Currently, the county now pays Mike Brown money to occupy the stadium. The County has to pay $400K to repair the electronic screen next month. Brown has a guaranteed gate - if it falls below a certain level, the taxpayers (property owners) must buy up the shortfall. The 1/2 cent increase in sales tax is no longer able to service the bond debt...the County has announced that property tax will be increased. I could go on and on. Does this contract become void if the NFL is a single entity? Will the NFL have to re-negotiate a new contract?

Federal minimum wage rises from $6.55 to $7.55 this coming Friday. Add to that, the higher bite from employer contributions for FICA and State workman's comp and unemployment fund assessments. A 40 hour per week employee will cost an employer an extra $112 per month, plus the percentages for the other stuff. With all respect Lori, I've witnessed jokes about a person's character spread far and wide, and accepted as truth by folks far and away.
