NFL relegation! (Don't laugh too hard. We would have been there not long ago.) Summer is the worst time of year for sports, for me. So to have normal 4-down football to watch is something I like. But one thing I really enjoy about the UFL is the open audio between coaches, players and officials. I love hearing what's being discussed. I like hearing the replay judges explain why they ruled the way they did.

Gillette Stadium is built the same way. You feel like you're getting an aerial view from the upper deck.

Buffalo itself is small but there are 6-10 million within a 3 hour drive. The show creates it's own market. (You think people would stay away from a Taylor Swift show in Buffalo?) The issue has always been the venue. Big tour shows often have two identical stage sets and they want those sets put up, torn down and moved on quickly. Having one field level driveway is a killer.

I'm sure it wasn't a problem. But the old stadium has only one way or out of field level, making it hard for big shows that "hopscotch" two stages to set up and tear down quickly.
