    I'm a little p.o'd watching that flyover. My seats don't look like they are covered by the 300 level terrace. I wanted coverage and secondary heat from the concourse. I might not have either.

    I don't agree that the football is that bad. People might not care about these teams but the level of play is competitive within the league. It might be sooner.

    What stops them is the potential added liability for things like CTE. If they entered a partnership with the UFL they become a possible target for lawsuits. And any profit from spring football is so low it's not with the risk.

    It's hard to debate some one when they discount every success. My bad on Milano. Also, are we comparing apples to apples when talking abut Beane in relation to other NFL GMs? Is his record markedly better? Worse? No GM hits 1.000. In fact I heard Jerry Ostrowsky on Bills Squad say hitting on a third of your draft picks is considered solid.

    It's not just what round but what pick number or slot. Now precedent is picks #33 and #34 are fully guaranteed. Next year #35 may end up guaranteed. And so it goes

    It's the precedent it sets. Guaranteed contacts are something the NFL wants to avoid. But like rust, it's creeping it's way in one contact at a time.

    I picked my seats and I made sure I was in one of the last rows closest to the concourses, which are supposed to be heated. So not only do I have the balcony above me keeping me dry, I'm hoping some of that heat wafts down a few rows. I wanted a f*****' dome but as long as a 5° night game feels more like 30-something with no wind, I'll be happy.
