    Oh, and your prefer Toronto?? Stop for a moment and think. PSU is driving distance from WNY. It's also massive stadium. If they were smart they'd sell the worst seats for $20 just to fill that place up. Imagine 105K Bills fans. But are the Bills saying there isn't room to build next to the current stadium? All those lots? Can't fit in one stadium?

    I don't think that will need to happen. There have been rumors of property sales near the Key Bank Center the past few years. Not to mention the Perry Projects sitting there mostly empty.

    I'll bet they will be lower overall. A couple grand on average. Maybe some seats with no PSL. But you can bet part of the process is knowing who your market is.

    True. But a PSL gives you a slightly larger stake. I think the idea here is to lower the public portion as much as possible. The Pegulas will pay, as will Legends or Delaware North. (Whoever gets concessions.) The NFL with their Stadium Loan Fund, Fans with PSL's, state and local governments.

    Yes the idea of PSL's suck. But in a way it's like a user fee. Why shouldn't people who go to Bills games share some of the cost of building the stadium? Financing will likely be a mix of private and public money. And PSL's can usually be spread over years.

    It's not like there aren't fans who can afford $200 tickets to see the Yankees at Sahlen Field. That's just what belonging to "the club" costs. There's always UB games for $20 up in Amherst. Sucking will do that.

    Probably. But you could also say #16 UMBC had no business playing #1 seed Virginia. That's why I love Match Madness. Because every D1 school has a path to the national title. Win your conference and run the bracket. Football on the other hand is a closed loop for about a dozen schools. If the G5 are so not a threat then the P5 schools shouldn't mind playing them.
