    I was at the Harp in Boston with the local Backers. They had the Jets-Pats on a second TV screen. The Jets wasted a pretty good defensive effort in that loss. Mac Jones was nothing that special but he was better than Zach Wilson.

    If the Dolphins didn't throw up all over themselves all game, it would have been a much closer contest. I didn't know Brissett was the backup, but I knew anyone would have been better than Tua. I thought we screwed the pooch knocking him out.

    He looks unsure of himself. Could be new defensive looks. Could be bad play calls. He's also missing throws he should make easily. Not panic mode but definitely one eyebrow raised.

    I thought this was a worse game for Allen than last week. The Dolphins really wanted to lose this one. I'm about as skeptical as I've ever been after a 35-0 blowout. EDIT: And by skeptical I don't mean skeptical of Allen's skill. Just that something is off with him right now..

    I seem to recall the architectural firm Populous being mentioned with this project. Here's a page highlighting some of their recent stadium designs.     It's asking a lot for a coach who shows up 100 or so days before the season starts, who loses some of his best players to transfer, to just pick up where the team left off. 6 wins and a bowl bid is still within reach but give Coach Mo a season or two to get his recruits in place.

    The Steeler's defense was unbelievable that day. There were holes that were open at handoff that suddenly closed because one player shot in like a rocket. The pass rush was relentless and the secondary was all over the receivers. I was way up high in Sec 336 so I had an all-22 view and I kept thinking " no one is open!" It's like they knew every play we would run.

    No. We lose by even more because the PIT front 7 would eat him alive. He only racked up yards late because the Steelers were selling out for the pass.

    I arrived 2 hours early. It was boring. I asked for scannable season ticket back in summer. Too much that can go wrong with mobile ticketing. No one asked for my vaxx card. I did wear a mask going in.
