The Bills have only a few hundred seats left, which probably won't sell because you can get tickets on the resale market for...(checking Ticketmaster)...starting at $29. I do think you'll see pockets of unused seats from unsold broker tickets to people deciding last-minute they do not want to out in 0-degree weather at night.
