    Those silos are what make Buffalo unique. We lost a lot of very beautiful, culturally relevant buildings in the rush of urban renewal. If they can be preserved they should be.

    Don't expect any playoff push trades. The playoffs are still a tough climb. With 53 games left, we need a 1.35 ppg pace to hit 95 points, the likely needed amount to grab a wild card. The Sabres are more likely to be moving pieces for draft capital. But we could see more talent coming up from Rochester, even if for a few games.

    I'll grant you that. Whether it's booze or pot or gambling or social media, you let anything take control of you, it's bad. But it's hypocritical to draw a line around weed when society tolerates so many other stimulants.
