    I do have some warmers. I'll have them in my shoes tonight but I don't think I'll need more than that. Temps will be upper 20's and winds are supposed to moderate by game time. That down wear is pretty warm.

    Still bundling up. I realized my attire was inadequate so I invested in a down jacket and snow pants. Tonight will be the first trial. I'll be ready for the next sub-zero playoff game.

    I was in the black for the last two seasons as well. But this year having some terrible luck.

    I do the same. Limit bets to $5 to avoid becoming a complete degenerate. Frankly it's a good thing considering the slump I'm in. (And the wife knows.) I've gotten away from bets on who wins or loses to individual or team props.

    RB Stephenson is a worry for me. And their TE game has picked up. Even MacCorkle has looked decent. Bills need to be ready Thursday.

    You have to look at every case as to why. You can't make blanket assumptions. The Sabres fell pretty far before turning things around. Consider the division they play in.

    You have a Pats team that played well but lost against the Vikings and the Bills played poorly but won against the Lions. I get the concern. But, as mentioned in the Kubiak thread, the Bills are exhausted by unexpected travel, snow storms and a lack of practice. I hope they start getting their groove back Thursday.

    They wasted 11 years trying to take shortcuts. GM Tim Murray in particular wasted a deep prospect pool and draft picks on hot garbage. Kevyn Adams doesn't care about droughts and fan impatience. He and Granato are sticking to their plan.

    Someone up thread said after the trade deadline all players are subject to waivers. I assume to prevent just this kind of move. But I don't know

    Hard to believe but that would be something. How would he clear waivers? You'd think Belichick would grab him just to prevent him from joining the Bills.
