    A meteor doesn't even have to strike the earth to cause damage. The burst caused by one burning up in the atmosphere, if it happens low enough, can wreak havoc.

    You'd think but the Fruit Belt is prime team estate these days thanks to the expansion of the Medical Corridor downtown. I was in Larkinville on Vikings weekend and couldn't believe how that neighborhood changed from my youth.

    Going to be interesting to see how two spring leagues work. XFL starts right after the Super Bowl. USFL starts in April and goes up to the NFL Hall of Fame game.

    The story was, allegedly, Ralph loaned a lot of money to Al Davis keep the Raiders afloat. And trading them Lamonica was Ralph making sure he'd get his money back.

    Just an FYI, every team with Buffalo in its name have not won a game for three weeks now. Bills, Sabres, UB Bulls football and basketball...it's insane.
