Bills accepted the penalty and then they completed Hail Mary 2, but Guyton didn't appear to secure the catch to the ground even more than Williams. It would have needed to be a booth review but if they had overturned the catch, Bills decline the OPI and the game is over right there. Dunno why they didn't at least review. Oh right. NFL refs have devolved year-over-year since forever...
