  1. I’m hoping the personnel turnover points to Dorsey’s offensive philosophy being one that doesn’t predispose to a tendency based on personnel grouping. The ability to attack with run or pass, short or deep, from each package makes the offense very difficult to defend.
  2. I guess the Bills held out for Keenum? The other QB there, 7th would have been an overpayment lol.
  3. Couple teams though Keenum was a long-term answer. Until he wasn’t. But short-term he can give you a chance.
  4. AJ actually has sudden-ness off the line but fails to press his advantage due to either lack of strength or lack of technique. If it's more the latter, then this is the guy I would expect Miller's leadership to influence most positively.
  5. It lacks the flourish of "computer-designed CRISPR-edited lab-grown bioengineered homunculus QB superunit" but it's succinct.
  6. In the off-season Rex cannot be defeeted.
  7. The Bills may have tipped their hand offering the contract to McKissic, Cook is pretty much exactly that, but with 4.42 speed.
  8. So the Rams crossed out “Von Miller” on the check and scribbled in “Allen Robinson”?
  9. You guys reminded me to dig thru the boxes in the garage for that Bills #40 Miller jersey.
  10. If Beasley Bucks can bring in a vet at CB, then a WR sticking out on the board at 25 becomes more palatable, yes.
  11. Teams that don’t adjust get passed by. I think we got a look at where Dorsey is headed on O adding players that are chess pieces who can line up in multiple roles. The Howard signing allowing 12 formations where a TE can split for passing or stay inline for the run. McKenzie being less of a dedicated slot guy than Beasley, who can run jets or attack downfield with speed. The presumptive McKissic signing of a triple-threat back to thwart shells and attack any voids underneath with run or pass. That last piece is still missing on the roster. Patterson could fit the role if the numbers can work. Or in the draft, I know Breece Hall is the hot name but a guy like Georgia’s James Cook who slides into rd 4 might actually be the better fit; if you thought McKissic was the answer to begin with, he’s basically McKissic with a 4.4 instead of 4.6.
  12. It’s always darkest once the dusk settles. So by inference, Miller will make the players on the Bills DL better, right? If he’s being overpaid by giving him the money that used to go to Hughes and Addison, that’s still a subjective opinion that’s going to be governed by results. I don’t think you can make that claim based on the comps in this FA period. If 3/52 is the going rate for Chandler then it’s the going rate for a guy like Von too. Running an argument one way but not the other diminishes the point. Sort of like mixing metaphors. It bottles the mind.
  13. Yeah but can he ride a horse standing?
  14. so why don’t you make like a tree and get outta here?
  15. By the time I read one page on this thread there’s two additional unread pages.
  16. So essentially 7.5m/per season more than Hughes made last season. If you think he’s that much more a difference maker, yeah ok. Still digesting this.
  17. Per Spotrac 2 years $4m per season for Wallace (2 years $7.1m per season for Trubisky)
  18. Team is my local broadcast. But keep making assertions without no basis in fact.
  19. McKissic absolutely nerfed me in fantasy playoff one time catching like a 70 yard TD bomb on the last play of the game or something for my opponent. Go get me a Super Bowl, JD, you owe me.
  20. Haha no. No he isn’t. Think Kamara-lite. He was a Swiss-army weapon for the Team. Can even line up wide and run credible routes. This is the Bills screen game being built as we watch. Or a shell-killer as he releases to the flat or in the middle beyond the LOS. Tremendous add. I didn’t even think this was possible. And he’s gonna be a fantasy monster.
  21. 4) Isiah McKenzie. The Ralph version.
  22. I tried to scout his brother NyQuan Jones but kept falling asleep. hey, anything cheaper than Vernon Butler is a plus.
  23. Can confirm from local WFT market, Settle will flash when he’s in which isn’t often. Like the signing on merit and love it for the implication of replacing Butler/Star. Plus his sack dance is the Pogo.
  24. Ok, backup QB is squared away, now let’s get a slot receiver!
