The comparison is to the hype surrounding them in college, not Luck now vs. Manning after 13 NFL seasons and a HOF career. I thought my post was obvious. Maybe if you didn't spend so much time altering what I said you would have comprehended it better.

And yet if Ralph was truly trying to wring every last dollar he could out of owning an NFL franchise, he would have moved the team to greener pastures years ago. So actually, giving preference to a local interest to buy the team so that it stays in WNY is in his character. That is completely logical. However, as I said, outside of Ralph's inner circle, everyone is guessing on this one. No one else knows exactly what will happen.

At the 10 min mark Sullivan asks Gaughan if he has inside knowledge of Ralph's succession plan. Gaughan said he has no insight based on his access to Ralph. Outside of Ralph, his family, his lawyers, and maybe a few people in upper management (Russ), no one else knows what exactly will happen with the team. Anyone outside that circle is merely guessing.

If Gaughan said that recently, I think most of us here would have heard it, with a couple thousand posts breaking it down. If you have a link to this statement, please enlighten us.

Except the talk is that 2 LA teams will share the same stadium. See Giants/Jets as an example. It is highly unlikely that LA will be able to get two stadiums built.
