  1. Seriously, dude, you're embarrassing yourself.
  2. Go get him, Buddy! Can't have enough good backs!
  3. Good to see that the Bills got Wang into the fold.
  4. Slaughter moved to Fairport soon after she and her husband married. Over 50 years ago. She was elected to the Monroe County legislature in 1975, 20 years after she moved to Fairport. She ran for the House in 1982, almost 30 years after she moved. How exactly can you call her a carpetbagger?
  5. The Bills' ticket to remaining in Buffalo depends on selling premium seating and suites. NFL merchandise revenue is shared equally among all teams. Selling 100 million Wang jerseys in China doesn't give the Bills any more money than the rest of the teams in the league. Wang's presence can help the Bills if some Chinese businessmen or corporations are enticed to buy some suites at the Ralph. Start working the phones, Russ!
  6. Guess you don't get news in philly. Mistaken identity- charges were dropped.
  7. Having the first overall pick when Lemieux and Crosby are in the draft didn't hurt, either.
  8. News flash: Most coaches bring in people they've worked with before. I'd be worried if Chan didn't bring in people he's had on his staff with other teams.
  9. Dickerson and Lewis were 24 in their 2000 yd seasons. Simpson and Davis were 26 in theirs.
  10. Last few months? Are you new in town, or have you been in a coma for the last decade?
  11. I believe merchandise revenue is shared equally among all 32 teams. An increase in Bills' merchandise sales would not increase the Bills' income in respect to the rest of the league. Increase their international profile, yes (beyond Canada), but it would not make them more secure in staying in WNY.
  12. Except Brees had a much more prestigious collegiate career, was the 32nd player taken in the draft, and threw for almost 3300 yards in his first year as a starter. Neither Brohm nor Edwards have done anything to even remotely indicate they could be the "next Brees."
  13. Agreed. The Bills were never expected to move up to grab AP. It was a foregone conclusion he would be taken in the top 10, and the Bills would have to settle for plan B (Marshawn) to fill the void after the McGahee trade.
  14. Plan A was to draft one of the top QBs. Plan B was to trade for Campbell. Anybody know what Plan C is?
  15. So the Bills blow chunks for ten years, and passing on Tebow puts you over the edge? Toodles, Corky! P.S. You were great in Life Goes On.
  16. Not too hard to find where he lands- look for the mammoth crater.
  17. I'm guessing at least 2 top ten picks fall to the Bills at #9.
  18. 31 of the 38 positional players voted to the 2010 AFC Pro Bowl Team were either drafted outside the top 10 or not drafted at all.
  19. What I want to know is, where the hell is Mama Lynch with all this tomfoolery going on?
  20. Gotta be careful, Marshawn might snap up that 20 pretty quick.
  21. The press conferences after this game were classic. A reporter asked Tom Coughlin if his team was prepared for the Flutie bootleg, and, paraphrasing, his reply was, "Of course we knew he was going to keep it. Everyone in the stadium knew he was going to keep it." Someone then asked Flutie about the play, and he admitted that he wasn't supposed to bootleg; it was basically a busted play and he improvised by keeping it.
  22. He no longer works for the league, and he is using his past experience to start a new vocation. No conflict of interest here. Move on.
  23. Maybe you should read that article again.
  24. As Fezzick would say: I do not think that word means what you think it means.
  25. Does this guy know what year this is?
