I will just leave this here... I am certainly not in the indict Beane category but I am also underwhelmed with his ability to draft game changers day 1 and 2.... I am interested to see how Elam plays out in Dallas, apparently he is the as they said "Darling" of camp.... but that to me is like Rex saying we won the offseason... but I for one will be interested in how he plays there.... and how they utilize him... if it is similar in nature this is on the coaching staff as well... is the issue the "process" and not the player? Does that explain why we seem at least on defense to struggle with higher picks... Because Josh and Dion and Ocyrus and Cook , Brown etc.... seem to pan out (lets see about Coleman and Kincaid)
