The Cooper trade was a waste of a 3rd round pick IMHO. Allen, Beane tries to tell us he did great, opened things up etc. But he would have done that if he had played more, put up numbers and been a legit threat.

He had his best season with Brady in Carolina. Either his turf toe was really bad or he is washed.

We MUST get the defense fixed and get him a WR that can stretch the field.

This is when we need a "kick you in the nuts" emoji lol

I respectfully disagree. DL, LB and secondary are not good enough talent wise.

Agreed. Just get a guy to can split the safeties and stretch the field and the offense is done.

We keep talking about DL, and yes we need an upgrade, but maybe we focus on the secondary instead? We have one of the top nickle corners in the NFL, so why not load up on top DB talent and go that route? Emphasize a big 1. Tech DT who can penetrate so he and Oliver can provide pressure up the middle, while we lock down other teams WR's? I say let McDermott make the decisions on what DB'S he wants, not Beane as he is a DB whisperer. Before you ping me negatively, think about it and cut me some slack...I have the freaking flu. Apparently Oklahoma is leading the nation in Flu cases right now. 😒

On QB's that get the ball out fast, you need good man coverage. Make him hold the ball an extra second.

There is no other way to put it,the defense is what's let us down in the playoffs.
