Looking at this again. I am hoping McDermott is going to make the change to a more aggressive/ man coverage defense. This guy seems to know how to successfully implement this. Our offseason approach to the players we bring in needs a major shift to this philosophy.

Look, until Beane puts better talent on the field and we combine that with Sean tweaking his philosophy to beat their butts so badly that flags don't matter, nothing changes. Allen winning MVP helps. We trade for Myles Garrett, add some more in FA and draft great, and get the #1 seed, and the Refs wont matter.
