  1. Well said with regards to Allen. This will be the next step forward in his maturation and I think he’ll make that progress next season!
  2. Completely disagree with this ‘hot’ take. The Chiefs will remain an obstacle for both the Bills and Bengals. Let’s hope it will be the Bills turn next season to challenge the Chiefs in the AFCCG.
  3. They proved last year that as long as Kelce is option #1 it really doesn’t matter who the WR’s are. Dee Ford? I’m assuming you meant Frank Clark. He’s a good one especially in the playoffs. They signed an edge away from SF and drafted another in the first round. They’re going to be tough as defending champs. Yeah beating them in the regular season is exactly the problem. I’d trade those two meaningless regular season wins for a playoff one any day. Yup franchise LT that most teams viewed as a right tackle. I don’t think that’s as big a loss as most on here believe. He might get Burrow beat up. Which isn’t a bad thing. That receiving situation is all about Kelce. All the WR’s can be jag’s. Which they proved last season.
  4. Not sure how KC’s roster is downgraded. They added depth on their Oline. Greatly improved their DLine. All their rookies from last year will have a year under their belts. And of course Mahomes and Kelce are still there. Very envious of what they’ve been able to do while supposedly tight on cap space.
  5. Will the Chiefs finally cut ties with Mahomes over this?
  6. Is Beane on vacation? This would’ve been a great add to the Oline room.
  7. What is this Lombardi you speak of? Sounds so foreign as a Bills fan. 🤔
  8. Even though I’m more critical of the team than most on here I’m putting 1K on the over like I have the last few years. It’s been a good bet.
  9. Certainly roster age is a factor. Is it THE factor? I’m not so sure. Rams won the year before with a not so young squad. You’re right that it’s a long season. Bills dealt with a lot of issues down the stretch. Ultimately it was just too much.
  10. You get the sense watching regular season games that KC just does enough to accomplish their goals of winning the division and securing home field. Then they turn it on in the playoffs. More aggressive play calling on both sides of the ball. At least that’s what I see. Whatever it is it’s working.
  11. Not debating who’s better here because neither are Bills qb so it’s inconsequential. But doesn’t that stat mean Mahomes has gotten it done during the regular season? The right to play home games is earned during the regular season. It’s a reward for being great. Having the easiest path to the Superbowl is earned. Hopefully Bills can get on this track next season.
  12. I agree! Bills might have made it with the road KC had. But here’s the thing…that road is not given. It has to be earned and this team has not earned it. We can all agree with this right? Calling a clear day overcast and when gets called out on it says ‘don’t put words in my mouth’. Lol. Alright you be you, chief.
  13. I’m referring to how you phrased your post. ‘KC won the Superbowl. They didn’t beat us. We beat them.’ Readers can infer that you mean Bills are better from the wording. Yeah we beat them. They beat us. Just a coincidence that they beat us when it mattered most…twice. ‘The majority of the world considered us the best team in the league…’ If only they give trophies for being media darlings. All that hype just to crumble under the pressure. I prefer the team to fly under the radar and prove it where it matters…on the field in the playoffs. Again deducing from your words. Bad poster apparently applies to anyone that doesn’t think the Bills are on the same level with the Chiefs?
  14. So this means Bills better even though KC won the Superbowl? Hmmm I’m not sure about that logic but whatever floats your boat. The head to head record is relevant because the most important pieces of the team (qb/hc team cores) have not changed. I’m not saying KC has Bills number. I’m acknowledging KC has beaten the Bills when it counts the most regardless of excuses. It’s seems like you’re having a hard time just saying the Bills are a little behind the Chiefs right now. It doesn’t mean they won’t catch up.
  15. Well you keep bringing up beating KC in the regular season as some kind of measuring stick. Let’s win when it matters once. Otherwise that’s the gap. KC wins when it matters most. That’s the bottom line. Why wouldn’t you want to take the record back to include all the games from Allen’s Bills v Mahomes’ Chiefs? Cuz it wouldn’t look good for your take that these are evenly matched teams? As it stands now KC has won all the important games against the Bills. This may change in the upcoming season. But to not acknowledge this fact and not recognize there is a gap and the Chiefs are what the Bills want to become is not seeing reality. Allen has acknowledged as much in his interview with Kyle Brandt. Not really following your point about Hill not being there? KC just won the superbowl without him so whatever the point was it’s moot. Yeah I agree. Any given Sunday. But when one team has been winning the most important Sundays there’s something to it. Let’s hope it gets changed next season.
  16. Hard to get excited about two regular season games that turned out to be meaningless because the Chiefs ended with the higher seed anyway. And if you take the head to head back to the two games before KC is 3-2 with 2 of those wins in the playoffs sending Bills home. You add this to the fact that KC has made to Superbowls then there is absolutely a gap. It’s really not that difficult to see. With all that said I’m optimistic that gap has narrowed because of the Bills upgrades. Let’s go!
  17. This might be wishful thinking. As long as Mahomes is throwing the ball on Reid’s designed plays KC will be formidable.
  18. The other backup Fortson made some big plays when he’s called on too. That’s why I don’t think TE was ever in KC’s draft plan this year.
  19. Wth is this? Killing my euphoria just when I’m just turning the corner on last season. 😂
  20. Chiefs WRs actually don’t get a lot of separation. What you see on TV is partly Reid’s schemes and partly Mahomes running around extending plays causing defenders to leave their assignments. Especially when he scrambles toward the los. That long TD McKinnon had at Denver is a prime example of this. Something I hope to see more from Allen and the Bills.
  21. Unpopular opinion here but I agree with you that there is a gap between Bills compared to Cincy and especially KC. Regardless of reasons those teams have made it to superbowls. Bills have not. Be it offense, defense, coaching, injuries whatever. Bills have came up short and that’s the gap. I’m very optimistic about this draft and all the offseason moves so I do believe the gap has narrowed. Disagree with you here. Chiefs are the top team.
  22. No surprise at all. Not a position of need for KC. Kelce has a few years to go and there’s a couple of promising guys in the stable.
  23. Chiefs DLine could be scary next year with all the additions.
  24. Draft euphoria has got me in an optimistic mood. Brown will take that next step forward next season. 👍 ‘Better’ is moving in the right direction!
