    If they had a halfway decent defense, they would have probably made the playoffs and gone far. Burrow had an amazing year last season, but the Bengals defense was a joke. It seemed like they gave up more points per game than an NBA team.

    I would have to look it up, but I don't remember to many 1:00 games last year for the Bills. They had a couple of 4:25 starts along with the primetime games.

    The only thing I would say about your prediction is you have to many 1:00 games. I personally would love that, but I think along with the primetime games at night the Bills will get quite a few 4:25 starts for the Sunday afternoon game shown to the entire country. Especially with that home schedule. They have a lot of top teams coming to OP this year.

    I think this is exactly what they want going with a defensive minded draft. If the defense improves in forcing more 3 and outs and just stopping offenses in general, then that will go a long way in improving the Bills chances to win it all. The offense will be fine. It's a good offense as we have seen over the years.

    You can't put McDermott messing up in big moments on Beane. That would fall to Terry since both Beane and McDermott report to him. Since they are equals neither one of them could fire the other as only Terry can make that call.

    Now that he will be the starting QB at Texas we will get to see if Arch Manning can live up to the media hype this upcoming college football season.

    Only a matter of time when there is a professional women's football league. They already have them in basketball and hockey.

    To be fair they did move the ball vs KC in Buffalo to get into scoring range, but Bass missed the kick to tie it. Although I have no doubt Mahomes would have led a drive in the final minute to win the game if it came to that.

    Going into the playoffs with a stronger defense probably helps Josh more than any WR could. The offense is fine with what they have but if the defense can start stopping teams in the playoffs, then the Bills will have an excellent chance to win a Super Bowl.

    I don't know about that. If you put Allen on KC with Reid, Spags, the Chiefs D then I think its Allen with the Super Bowl rings and Mahomes would still be trying to get to his first Super Bowl if he were on the Bills. Both are great players, but one player can't carry a team to a Super Bowl.

    Have Beane and McDermott given the post draft press conferences yet with the local media or is that coming this week.

    Hellebuyck pulled for a 2nd straight game in St. Louis. Series is now tied 2-2. Lot of pressure on the Jets who won the Presidents trophy if they fail to get out of Rd 1. They better start playing like the Winnipeg Jets and not the New York version otherwise they will be on the golf course in a few days.

    You probably will hear rumors/leaks when we get closer to May 14th. We opened at home last year so I will guess we open on the road this season. If it's a week 1 primetime game, I would guess Bills at Ravens on SNF. If it's a Sunday game at 1:00 then I will guess Bills at Jets.

    The overall stats for the defense might be decent but they have padded their stats against bad offenses with bad QBs. When they have faced good QBs with good offenses, they get exposed as a weak defense. It really shows in the playoffs. Mahomes, Jackson, and Burrow have been a nightmare for the Bills defense.
