With McDermott it will come down to the playoffs. He has been an excellent regular season coach for a long time now. But he needs to get over the hump in the playoffs. To many playoff failures are why many fans want to move on from him.

If they do it would be against either the Pats or Jets. The Bills along with the Pats and Jets started in the AFL in 1960. The Dolphins started play in 1966.

Would the Jets trade with the Bills? The asking price would certainly be higher if they trade any of their players within the division.

I am not surprised this happened, but I would have thought it would happen after the season and not now. Anyway, as long as Woody Johnson owns the team then they will continue to crash and burn.

Over the Bills in OP. That is hard to believe.

I see the Bills losing to the Lions. All the other games are very winnable. SF isn't as good as people thought they would be. I know they have injuries but so does every team. As for the Chiefs they will be challenged by the Chargers. Harbaugh has got them playing well. At Pittsburgh and Denver won't be easy. Even the Texans game at home is no gimme either.

I think the Pats like what they have with Maye. Unless Tua gets hurt, I don't see the Dolphins going for a QB in the 1st round. The Jets are the only team in the division that I could see going for a QB in the 1st round. Need them to win some games to get to 6-11, 7-10 which would keep them away from the top of the draft.

I am actually hoping the Ravens meet the Steelers in the playoffs. If that happens then there is a good chance the Bills won't have to play them.

It was just one of those nights where nothing went right for the Bills. The Ravens would be a tough opponent in the playoffs, but I would expect the game will be a lot closer. Also, good chance it would be in OP as the Ravens may very well go into the playoffs as a WC.

I agree. I have a feeling that the Ravens and Steelers will be more of a challenge. I am not saying the Bills can't beat those teams as they definitely can. I just think the Ravens and Steelers will give the Bills their biggest challenge if they meet in the playoffs.

I wonder who decides what games go on what network. CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN, Prime all try to get the best games. For example, NBC would love to have the Bills-Chiefs to open week one for the first game of the year, if one of them wins the Super Bowl but you know CBS will do everything, they can to keep that game as it is one of the best if not the best AFC game being played since they have the AFC package.

I can't believe Dallas hasn't won a home game yet. It seems like every loss at home is also a blowout loss. McCarthy is 100% gone after the season.

I don't know why anyone would say that. The Bills have beaten the Chiefs in the regular season many times now. Everybody knows what happens in Jan and hopefully Feb is what really counts.
