If I had to rank the Bills coaches right now it would be 1. Saban - before my time but the only coach to bring a championship to Buffalo with the B2B 64,65 AFL championships. 2. Levy - four straight Super Bowl appearances is very impressive. Would be #1 if they had won one of them. 3. McDermott - great regular season coach. Has to have better success in the playoffs to move up on the list. 4. Knox - team was crap in the late 70's. Got them turned around and the Bills had some good teams in the early 80's After these 4-nobody else worth mentioning.

Both Beane and McDermott have done a great job this year. I thought they would take a step back this year. I thought they might not win the division with what was expected of the Jets and Dolphins. To be 10-2 and have the division clinched on 12/1 was a complete shock to me.

What's your all time favorite joke/gag from a sitcom?

I am not saying the Bills couldn't beat the Ravens (they can) but I think Baltimore would be their biggest challenge even more so than KC/PITT.
-
True but it is a game I would expect the Bills to win. The Ravens are the team I don't want the Bills to face. Buffalo isn't great against the run and the combination of Jackson and Henry would give the Bills bigger problems than any other teams running game.

Dead & Company Announced Spring '25 18 day run at the Sphere
Gregg replied to The Poojer's topic in Off the Wall
Bob, Bill, Mickey wanted to tour with Phil next year celebrating the 60-year anniversary of the Dead. Obviously, that can't happen but the 3 of them could still tour with other musicians since it is the 60-year anniversary. It's not the same without Jerry but I could see them doing a tour. On the east coast Boston, NYC/NJ area, Philly, Washington would be hot spots since the Dead constantly played in the cities all the time. -
Especially if they get the #1 seed. To not have to play on WC weekend and then have 2 games in OP to reach the Super Bowl would be huge. You can't ask for anything better than that if you are the Bills.
-
Still 5 weeks left but right now if the Bills can't get the #1 seed, then the AFC playoffs on WC weekend would be Chargers at Texans Ravens at Steelers Broncos at Bills I would sign up for this. I doubt a rookie QB even though he is playing well would lead his team to a win in OP. Let the Steelers and Ravens beat the crap out of one another.

Same here. I like that pitchers are on time clock to pitch but this rule if it passes is beyond dumb.

I think you will get your wish with only the Pats and Jets left on the home schedule.

Speaking of Detroit they have a huge game tonight vs the Packers. That will be a fun one to watch.

White Jersey's, Blue pants, White socks for the Rams

So far for every home game not counting preseason the Bills have worn blue over white. They have only worn the POS looking all blues at MetLife this year. Hopefully the all blues and reds get phased out completely. https://www.gridiron-uniforms.com/GUD/controller/controller.php?action=teams-season&team_id=BUF&year=2024 -
What does everyone think about baseball proposing a "Golden at Bat" rule. I think it is one of the dumbest rules that I have ever heard of. For example, if the Yankees have the bases loaded and the #9 hitter up. Boone could announce he wants to use the "Golden at Bat" rule in this spot and just substitute Judge to hit for the #9 hitter. WTF kind of BS rule would this be if it passes.

If Cook has a big day, then that will make it much easier for Allen as it will open up the passing game if LA has to sellout to stop the run. I think the Bills will have a good game offensively and score over 30. My prediction 34-24 Bills.
-
I think it's the opposite. LA isn't great against the run. Barkley had a field day against them 2 weeks ago. Other than Allen I think Cook will be the key in this game. I think he rushes for over 100 yards with a TD.

As long as the #1 seed is in play I don't see the Bills having a letdown.

With a win this Sunday, Coach McDermott will join some elite company
Gregg replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Both have egos the size of Texas. Jerry is getting up there and wants to win one more while he still has time. Maybe would do his best to try and make it work. I think McCarthy is definitely getting fired so the Cowboys will be looking for a new HC. -

If he does go back into coaching my guess is Dallas. The Cowboys have some talent, and he probably thinks he could win there sooner than later. I don't see him signing up for a rebuild at his age by going to the Jets or Giants where it will take some time to turn it around. -

He isn't far behind Shula for the all-time wins as HC. Maybe he wants to prove he can win a Super Bowl without Brady. Those are the only reasons I can think of. He doesn't need the money as he is already financially set for life. -
I don't think he gets it. Bills are more balanced and running the ball more with Cook. Look at last week as an example. Allen threw it only 17 times completed 13 for 148 yards and the Bills still scored 35 points. As long as the Bills are winning that is all that matters. It doesn't matter if Allen gets 40 TD's or not.
