Is there anyone from the Giants that the Bills would be interested in trading for. The Giants season is going nowhere. They will most likely be sellers at the trade deadline. Then you have the Beane-McDermott and Schoen-Daboll connection. The Bills seem to deal a lot with McBeane's former team the Panthers over the years. So maybe they do the same with the Giants.
-
Lions OC Ben Johnson would be an interesting choice if the Bills did in fact move on from McDermott. For the record I don't think McDermott is going anywhere.

McDermott is a very good regular season coach. Nobody would argue that. The Bills have been a good regular season team for a while now. It's the playoff failures that are getting old. I won't count the Jacksonville game because that Bills team with Tyrod wasn't very good, and fans were just happy to end the streak. But blowing a huge lead at Houston a few years back in the WC game. Getting blown out by the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game. 13 seconds which is a fire able offense in my opinion. Barely beating a Dolphins team at home in the playoffs when they are playing a scrub at QB. Getting blown out at home vs the Bengals. If you think the Bills can't move on from McDermott, just remember the Eagles decided to move on from Andy Reid and he took them to the NFCCG a few times. So, it can happen. The Eagles eventually won a Super Bowl after Reid left.

Week 6, NJ Giants v. Bills - Predict the Score
Gregg replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sabres 38 Rangers 14 -
I live in NJ, so I see the Giants a lot. They are a train wreck. Their OL is the worst in the league and the Bills lead the league with 21 sacks. If the Giants win this game (THEY WON'T) then heads should roll in OP. The Bills would have to give the game away for the Giants to have a chance at winning. They are that bad.
-
As an Isles fan the Rangers will always be public enemy #1 when it comes to hockey. I want to wish the Sabres good luck this season. I do think they will make the playoffs. As for tonight I hope they kick the Rangers asses. Start the season off with win. Go Sabres.

Bills @ Chargers - Week 16 - Xmas trip planning and roll call
Gregg replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall
Since the Chargers have about 10 fans in LA, I will guess 60-40 crowd split in favor of the Bills. -
Going from Allen to Jones is like going from a Porsche to a tricycle.

Kraft won't fire Bill in the normal way. They will allow him to step down and retire after the season. Besides if the Pats keep losing then they could have a shot at getting Caleb Williams in next year's draft.
-
Should have gone with blue over white. The only 2 uniforms they should wear at home are all whites for games in Aug and early Sept when it's hot out then blue over white the rest of the way. That is what I would do if I were in charge of the uniform combinations.
-
I remember in an interview when they were first hired that Terry said both men report to him. Both have equal power and neither one can fire the other. Terry is the only one who can make changes to the HC/GM

Won't happen but I would love it if it did. 9 Super Bowl appearances with 6 championships with a franchise QB and a good roster. I will take that over McChokesintheplayoffseveryyear. 24-7-365

Per that article/press conference there was nothing on Barkley. Which is odd since he is their best player.
-
I don't think McDermott and Beane are in danger of getting fired. But these playoff losses every year are frustrating.
-
13 seconds convinced me he doesn't. But my opinion means nothing. Only Terry's counts.
-
I doubt McDermott is getting fired. Here in the NYC area on WFAN, Esiason is speculating that if Bill and the Pats part ways then he would love to coach the Giants. Just speculation on Boomer's part but Bill does have a history with the Giants. At around 70 years old would he be interested in going through a rebuild. I doubt it.

I remember those times.

Just went to the Giants site. Some comments from Daboll. Here's the latest on Jones and other news and notes from the head coach: 📰 The head coach said quarterback Daniel Jones will not practice today. "We're day-to-day with him." 📰 Daboll said they will likely take a decision on Daniel Jones to the end of the week. "He'll have a chance. We'll see where he's at." 📰 Veteran quarterback Tyrod Taylor will get the reps today. "He's a pro." 📰 Left tackle Andrew Thomas will not practice today. 📰 Daniel Jones is a "little bit more sore" today. 📰 Daboll said they'll try to get veteran offensive lineman Justin Pugh more involved this week in practice to ramp him up. Daboll thought he did a good job last week. 📰 Offensive tackle Matt Peart (shoulder) will not practice today. Neither will rookie center John Michael Schmitz (shoulder). 📰 Daboll said inside linebacker Micah McFadden (ankle) and wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) won't practice today. Tight end Darren Waller has a groin injury and won't practice.

If they would have won last week then maybe they would have a letdown looking ahead to the lowly but still hated Pats, but they lost in London. They will be motivated to get back in the win column. Even if the Giants manage to keep it close for a while, I still see the Bills winning by 2 or 3 scores.
-
If they can stay healthy then I don't see anyone beating SF. They are definitely the favorites to win the Super Bowl.
-
Given all the injuries on defense I hope we get some good news on Rousseau as far as playing this week.

My bad.
