  1. As for the players safety the league already announced it will be the teams that played the week before on Saturday giving them 11 days to get ready for another game.
  2. Teams that play the week before on Saturday will be the ones to play on Christmas Day.
  3. The Eagles did when they fired Reid.

  5. McDermott, No. Granato, very possible.
  6. $$$. That is why they care. Don't they all have revenue sharing. They want the Bills making as much money as possible.
  7. Different time and era. The league would probably pressure the Bills to move if they stayed in the current stadium. Many of the owners commented on the Bills in recent years that it is a great football market, but they need a new stadium to maximize revenues in the WNY. New stadiums, PSL fees, increased tickets prices is the way of life now in the NFL. The league has been marketing themselves in other countries to build their wealth. Sucks for the average fan who will be priced out but that is the reality now.
  8. The Raiders beat the Vikings in the Super Bowl in 1977. Anyway, McDermott isn't get fired anytime soon. Now Don Granato that might be a different story.
  9. Terrible news. I hope the people that were on that bridge can all be found alive.
  10. He doesn't have it mentally to play QB at the NFL level. He struggles going thru his reads as well understanding what looks/coverages defenses are throwing at him. He would be going into his 4th year now and mentally he still looks like a rookie out there.
  11. NFL on X: "Announcing the expansion of the NFL's Global Markets Program! 25 teams across 19 international markets now have access to grow their fan bases around the world and build their brands globally in the third year of the program. https://t.co/4GwY9i4Dmb" / X (twitter.com)
  12. Tyrod Taylor is the backup. Wilson would be 3rd if stays with the Jets.
  13. https://nypost.com/2024/03/25/sports/jets-will-keep-zach-wilson-if-they-cant-trade-him-woody-johnson/
  14. Actually 3rd stringer now if he remains on the team behind Rodgers and Taylor.
  15. I am surprised that the PSL prices are this high. I could understand the Giants/Jets asking for it as they are in the NYC market with a lot of corporate support. Buffalo doesn't have that to fall back on. I mentioned this before, but many Giants/Jets fans dropped their seasons and buy individual game tickets to avoid the PSL fee. If PSL's failed with the fans in a big market like NYC, then what chance does this have to be successful in Buffalo.
  16. I think he is trying to do damage control but it's too late. Remember after the season he made comments that the Jets didn't have a backup QB to Rodgers. He basically said Wilson sucks, and everyone remembers that.
  17. Zack Rosenblatt on X: "Woody Johnson says the #Jets are not going to just release Zach Wilson. Said they view him as a “valuable asset.” Also said that he thinks a change of scenery would be good for him." / X (twitter.com) I doubt any team trades for him so it looks like he will remain a Jet.
  18. I just hope the Jets who have the #10 pick don't put together a trade package to move up and get him. G. Wilson and MHJ would be a pain in the ass for the rest of the division especially if Rodgers can stay healthy.
  19. That depends on Beane. If he has a great draft, then yes, I do.
  20. Alot of the players on defense have gotten old. Both Poyer and Hyde are gone for example. The team has released a number of players already this offseason. The team has to get younger and add more skill around Allen. Even Diggs is now so 30 so eventually the Bills will need to find a new #1 WR. Bottom line the core around Allen is changing. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. We all knew this was going to happen and it has.
  21. That's right. Even in death he did what he could to make sure the team stays here. In the end he did it. Team stayed in OP and now with a new stadium on the way the long-term future to stay in OP is on solid ground.
  22. I want to see how the draft goes. Window #1 to win a Super Bowl with Allen has closed. Window #2 is now opening. They need to get younger and add more skill especially around Josh on offense. I am looking forward to the draft with 11 picks. Hopefully Beane can hit a HR with his picks.
