Poyer is playing hurt and he means a lot to Buffalo but he is not going to be worth the cost to bring him back especially if they get a new defensive scheme/coordinator. And despite his injury, he was consistently in the wrong place on the field the past few weeks -
It's simple for me. McD is a good coach but he's not irreplaceable. Frazier needs be gone by the end of the week. If McD isn't on board, then he can go too
