Jerry Sullivan weighs in on 2022-23 season !
Donuts and Doritos replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's missing his target. Media has been hyping the Bills as SB favorites more than the fans. Sorry Jerry but true Bills fans have suffered way too much PTSD over the seasons to over hype anything. We're more cautiously optimistic, or hopefully longing, or neurotically nervous, even excitably superstitious. I get it, there's other scary teams out there, Bengals, Chargers, KC, even Denver Oakland, Baltimore to name a few. There's certainty unanswered questions at positions on this team & Nothing is guaranteed. But stop peeing on the parade before the games are even played. -
Most Dominant NFL Player Ever
Donuts and Doritos replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Since the thread question was who's the Babe Ruth of Football, consider: Ruth played 22 seasons, Brady has played 20 & is about to play his 21st. In that time: Ruth is 13th batting avg all time (Ty Cobb is 1st) https://www.baseball-reference.com/leaders/batting_avg_career.shtml Ruth is 3rd in home runs. https://www.baseball-reference.com/leaders/HR_career.shtml Ruth is tied for 7th w/ 5 other players for most Championships (w/ 7). https://sportsweeksportslist.wordpress.com/2011/05/24/major-league-baeball-top-20-players-with-the-most-world-series-rings/ Brady is #1 in TDs in a career (53 more than #2 Brees & counting). http://www.espn.com/nfl/history/leaders/_/stat/tdpasses Brady is #1 in yards in a career. http://www.espn.com/nfl/history/leaders/_/stat/passyards Brady is 20th in completion percentage. https://www.footballdb.com/leaders/career-passing-completionpct And Brady is #1 in most championships won (w/ 7). https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/nfl-player-with-most-championships As much as I hate it, kind of hard to argue it's not Brady. -
Tyreek Hill says Tua is more accurate than Mahomes
Donuts and Doritos replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good to know Tyreek's made a football and not a business decision to ditch KC for Miami. He was just upgrading at QB it had nothing to do w/ that $120 million Miami is giving him. Ok, sure Tyreek. 🙄 -
Good luck Jerry. Thanks for 9 great seasons & helping be a foundation piece for McBeane's culture change.

The $ spent on Miller, Diggs etc.. says all in this year. Especially looking at our salary cap in the future. -

Either make the pick or trade back for your 4th back. Supposed to be all in this year. Seems more indecisive than bold. Not a fan. -
Wonder why Elam over Booth? & While the trade isn't that steep, can't help wondering if Elam wouldn't have still been there at 25, given that neither Dallas nor Baltimore took a CB. Seems like Beane might have gotten jumpy & no one could wrestle the phone away from him in time. This is why you can't have coffee, energy drinks etc after noon.

Joe B. Writes some great pieces. I liked this one & found it informative. His suggestion of a safety is well taken. However he's written a number of times about why it won't be CB round 1 & has said a few times RB (even mocked a RB to us). So it was humorous that his take yesterday on Beane's presser was ironically that Beane is hinting no CB round 1 & maybe a RB, thus agreeing w/ Joe (that's a summary & yes he qualified his take). Essentially it's Joe writing: I think Beane is saying I'm right. 🤔 Calls into question his objectivity on this issue, IMO. & he may be right & given his access he knows more than most, including me. But only Beane truly knows (& even he has to rely on who's available).

Yes, praise to our Lord & Savior Josh Allen, that he may deliver us to Superbowl Glory next season!

Let’s give Antonio Brown some Million Dollar love.
Donuts and Doritos replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Here's his stats: 2019. 1 game. 4 catches. 56 yds. 1 TD 2020. 8 games 45 catches 483 yds 4 TD 2021. 7 games 42 catches 545 yes 4 TD Dude has not gotten 1,000 yds or double digit TDs in a season since 2018 & hasn't played a full season since 2015. Maybe he could get 1,000 yds again @ 33 yrs old, But the world will never know. He's trouble without the production. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BrowAn04.htm So Antonio to sum up why you aren't getting paid? 1. Cause you're F'ng Nuts. 2. Cause you haven't been a top WR in the league since 2018. 3. Your 33 yrs old & not worth the trouble. 4. The Steelers, Raiders, Pats & Bucks all say hi. Don't call us, we won't call you. -
Drew Rosenhaus says there’s more bombshell trades coming.

Thought Phin's owner Stephen Ross, was All In on Tua. It's the reason he says he fired Flores, & they wanted to build around him. They have Teddy Bridgewater backing up. Why do we think they're interested in Baker? Wouldn't Seattle or Saints be more in the mix here? -

Brady tried to engineer his way to Miami: TAMPERING!
Donuts and Doritos replied to Zerovoltz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Would Brady want to play for Stephen Ross, who's last coach claims he's a racist & cheater in a lawsuit? 🤔 Anyway, article's based on 1 tweet, while acknowledging another tweet saying there's 0 to this. But crazier things have happened. -
Chad Hall at Ohio State pro day
Donuts and Doritos replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
As I recall it wasn't WR position that cost us the KC game. It was our CBs not being able to stop KC in regulation multiple times or overtime once. WR is deep. (Diggs was a 5th, Davis a 4th). We don't have enough CBs on the roster to play & no legit CB2 + Trey may not be ready to start the season. W/ the arms race in the AFC if we don't dramatically improve CB2 our D gets torched. We would have to score 50+ & hope to either get the ball last or win a coin flip in the playoffs. I saw how that turned out in KC & would rather NOT relive it. We are all in this year. So let's get a shut down CB2 & get it done.
