Gabe Davis coming home

I see Josh Allen snorting those things almost every time he comes on the field.

Josh Allen will probably never throw for 4000 yards again with Joe Brady as coordinator. This run heavy offensive scheme has really limited Josh's passing attempts. Further exacerbated by our lack of field separators in the WR group and Beane's philosophy of "we score points we don't need receivers" mentality.

Yeah. Thank god Reid Ferguson has had a clean camp so far.

Our passing game has looked pretty putrid ever since we fired Dorsey to be honest. It was at its peak that least half a season under Daboll when we had a prime Stefon Diggs and really leaned into the passing game. Now we've morphed into a run heavy team with a lackluster WR unit and have gone from trying to protect Josh from abusing his body to him basically running the ball every other play. Yeah we scored a lot of points last year, doesn't mean the passing game hasn't looked bad at times and leaves me wondering how many more points we could have scored with a true elite boundary receiver. Right now we're all praying that Coleman evolves into that.

I think this might be a bit counterproductive in his case. Keon's basketball instincts seem to kick in so many times and and he instinctively engages in the hand fighting, trying to box out the defender instead of working on his footwork and trying to create separation on his routes. I'm not a coach though so my take is probably hot garbage. 😄

Wish I would hear Josh Palmer and Elijah Moore's name come up more often in camp. Or even Curtis Samuel
