I just don't see it as collusion. The NFL didn't make an example of him. He made an example of himself. No successful business in the world is gonna want to hire someone that has no interest in going through the interview process. Even if you have all the talent and skill in the world, I would think the employer would want to ask a few questions and make sure you're a proper fit for their organization and not some locker room cancer type.

Well it seems Josh Allen played most of last season with a fractured hand that was never fully disclosed. He was on the injury reports but the team never disclosed the severity of it. Guessing all teams do it to some extent, at least with star players.

Beane can't help himself. Every year he brings in a bunch of mediocre WR talent and that claims he upgraded the room.

I thought this teams defense made a significant dropoff after we canned Leslie Frazier but watching this team the last 2+ years since fundamentally and schematically they look pretty similar to what he ran. So the other real big chance has been the loss of Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. We've really been starting backups at safety ever since they left and it shows. I gotta say I'm not too thrilled at the prospect of yet again using a 1st round draft pick next year on a safety and neglecting to get Josh Allen more weapons but it's pretty clear that's where this is leading. Last night's poor performance should be an indictment on Beane as much as any of the players that were on the field. We've stacking a lot of draft picks that have had very little contribution to this team now.

Regular season might start before this game is over.

Can we cut the roster to 23?

We're committing penalties and not even playing fundamental football. Nothing to do with vanilla scheme.
