  1. You underestimate the buying impulses of human beings. Normally rational, intelligent, wealthy people get swept up in timeshare presentations and cruise incentives, and they end up entering into contracts that they never would have otherwise entered. Yep. Not only that, I firmly believe that the upper deck will be the best seats in the house. Best views, fully shielded with the canopy, no snow, no rain, no shoveling off your seat, views for miles from the concourses, etc. If you want a club seat, I think there will be plenty of discounted PSL’s for sale a couple years after the stadium opens.
  2. Others wont care (because they really want a certain view). But some ju How many games do you go to? That really could be the difference. If you go to 4 games per season, then you will save tens of thosuands of dollars by going to individual games. This chart assumes a $500 per ticket average cost, going to 4 games per year.
  3. With clubs down to $8k (even in less desirable sections), you have to know that some of the $20k club purchasers are kicking themselves.
  4. it's definitely going to sell out. The whole stadium will.
  5. Nope. I’ve never mentioned any facebook buddies. You might be thinking of when I relayed the info from two season ticket holders who were told by their agents that there's no need to worry about being moved to the "back of the line” and they would have a second chance to buy in the clubs once all the appointments were finished. Which I hypothesized meant they were not at the time on pace to sell out the clubs (because otherwise how they could be confident about getting a second chance at buying in the clubs at the end). The insider person is a whole other thing. Here is that post: This was posted back in April. What I actually find most interesting is the 2.5x prediction. If that comes to fruition, the rest of the post would gain some credence. If it doesn’t, then i’ll likely dismiss the other info too.
  6. I never said it was. I was passinig along an anecdote that I saw, and since the Bills are being uber secretative, that is all we have to go on.
  7. Someone posted on the season ticket holder facebook groupt that they had inside info that Legends is having a tougher time with sales than they had expected. If I find the post again, I'll link it here.
  8. Not sure how you can put us above the Bengals. At least until we beat them.
  9. I thought the Bills said they knew about it before drafting him and looked into it?
  10. That was always my imprssion as well. I never saw him as elite.
  11. Agreed. There are days where I read a thread and think that there must be a secret competition of people vying for the title of ‘most homer’istic poster’. This thread is definitely in the running.
  12. None of that changes the fact that if they do suddenly become studly, it be a very significant outlier situation. In other words, very unlikely.
  13. If we look at the top DE's in the NFL, they did NOT need 3-4 years down the line to shine. They were amazing nearly immediately. Micah Parsons was a monster his rookie season. Nick Bosa had more sacks/forced fumbles in his rookie season than Groot and AJ have ever had. Myles Garrett was putting up 25 combined sacks/TFL's by his 2nd year. TJ Watt was putting up 25 combined sacks/TFL's by his 2nd year. Maxx Crosby had 26 combines sacks/TFL's in his rookie season. etc The only top DE I can think of that fits in with your hope is Haason Redick. It came together for him in his 4th season. Of course, if you just mean that they will continue to be average to above average DE's, then I agree ... but I also think they are already there.
  14. Also, what does it even mean? The most consistent in catching the ball? Most consistent in getting seperation? Most consistent in route running? Most consistent in ALL of this (that would be scary).
  15. Do they mean outside the stadium? Im not paying for access to the article, but Cleveland's draft was near the stadium but it wasn't inside it.
  16. Unless things change, the way its currently done is that anyone can show up to the draft. But if you want to be under the tent (called the "Draft Theater") with a pre-selected number of your own teams fans, you have to win a lottery type system. There is only a select number of spots for each team. With their being 60k PSL holders, they wouldn't be able to do it for everyone. Or you can pay for someone elses lottery ticket. Which is usually around $600 or so.
  17. You're getting old. He last played almost 20 years ago! (17 to be exact).
  18. If you have any 2 of these things, your chances of winning a Super Bowl are very high. Have 3 (barring injuries) and you are going to be in the Super Bowl. 1. All Pro QB 2. All Pro Head Coach 3. All Pro WR 4. All Pro Defense 5. HOF Tight End Look at the past 10 Super Bowl winners: Chiefs - They have #1, #2 and #5. Rams - They had #1, #2 and #3. Bucs - They had #1, #3, #4, and #5. Patriots - They had #1, #2, #5. Eagles - The lone exception. Broncos - They had #1, #3 and #4. Seahawks - They had #1, #2, #4.
  19. I remember character trying to chase Tyreek Hill in the 13 seconds game. I wish character was a bit faster. Also, anyone who abuses dogs are scum of the earth.
  20. I think they're only putting him in situations where he won't look terrible.
  21. Anyone complaining about Josh Allen should have a bucket of mosquitos attractant dumped down their pants, without a hint of DEET anywhere in sight. He is the best thing to happen to this franchise since we switched to red helmets to help out color-blind Ferguson.
  22. That's 16 games. 1/3rd of those games don't even exist if we didn't screw up and lose to KC. Meaning, KC only played those extra games because we flubbed against them. And another ~20% of those games are games that were played against us. So literally speaking - half of those games you mentioned were either against us, or only played because we screwed up against them. Though to be clear: I think we beat them in the playoffs this past season with a healthy defense. We stayed with them (and could have tied the game late) despite playing with half of a defense.
  23. This feels ridiculous to me, as they are a dynasty in part because of our screw-ups in the playoffs and part of that is McDermott's decision making. It becomes circular very fast.
