To me, the conversation was never “Worthy vs Coleman”. Its simply that you NEVER trade with KC. If KC wants something (like moving up), you DONT help them get what they want. If another team is willing to help them, so be it. But not us. And the fact that they traded with us tells me that we were the BEST offer. Make them take a worse offer.

It would have been. KC played the QB sneak completely differently than Baltimore did. KC is excellently coached and is running perfect counters.

The Chiefs are incredibly well cosched and they know all of our tendencies. They know our plays, our tendencies, our weaknesses. A fake QB sneak, to pitch would have been nice. Or a play action. But I still like the call to go for it.

everything they said about Coleman (big radius, possession guy), Worthy is showing that … PLUS speed. But hey, at least we got a 3rd round pick in exchange of helping KC out

I may want Beane fired by the end of this game for sending KC that pick for Worthy. Not really - but it’s just inexcusable.

Honestly, Terry needs to light in to Beane and tell him to NEVER trade with KC again. Ever. You wouldn’t think he would have to tell him that, but apparently he does.

Not going to be many drives in this game. Each drive means A TON. KC only on their 3rd drive.

If the Chiefs go for this, I hope McD realizes that it’s that kind of game and knows that risks need to be taken.

KC knows our plays inside and out.

They are. Almost exclusively.

Beane should be smacked for trading KC that pick.

I’m fine with 3 on that drive, just to get some points on the board. Going forward in the game, we need to be going for 4th downs.

It is immediately evident that we are running our normal offense and KC knows it well. The roll out with Knox is typically open because the D crashes on the play-fake. KC is well coached and knew it immediately, so the LB didn’t go to the run, he followed Knox and took it away.
