  1. You see 45 year old uncles making that type of catch on the beach every weekend.
  2. A lot of posters are okay with this as long as we win regular season games!
  3. Earth to Buffalo_Stampede … guessing is all you can do. They don’t tell us what they’re going to run before the snap. You make the best educated guess you can. That’s what every team in NFL history does. The true problem on that play is that Torrence blocked NOBODY. If Torrence just blocked 1 person, Allen can evade the other free rusher. But he can’t evade two.
  4. Spags is all time great coach. He will set you up all game seeing one thing JUST so he can send the opposite at the key moment. And he knew our plays inside and out, left, right, backwards and forward. Even the plays that worked, he had players in position who just didn’t make the play. Certainly doesn’t help that Brady was predictable. Running the same 4th down beater we have all year. I wish we sent more pressure, like Spags did. The few times we did, it worked. I can only think of one play where Mahomes got it off when we sent pressure.
  5. this crap is so passive aggressive and annoying on both sides.
  6. I’m starting to think that people either don’t have eyes, or have no idea what they’re actually watching. Allen was 68% with almost 300 yards and two touchdowns and zero turnovers after the first drive. he played great. Did he play like the best game of his entire career? No. But he played great. Both of his touchdowns were absolutely insane throws. The fourth down heave to Kincaid would go down as one of the greatest plays in playoff history, with a statue of Allen chucking that, if Kincaid could catch the freaking ball. I’m not even going to bother arguing with anyone who thinks they or did not have a great day. As far as I’m concerned, they have no idea what they’re talking about.
  7. Torrence completely whiffed. He literally blocked NO ONE.
  8. Typical PR move after a big mistake.
  9. That should have been challenged. The 3rd down spot.
  10. I’m surprised by all the McD hate today. Mainly because I don’t think he did anything yesterday deserving of it.
  11. I’m down in the dumps today too, friend. But ask yourself - who is available? I don’t want a Brian Schottenheimer.
  12. It certainly didn’t help. Then again, Chiefs walked down the field and scored even with Benford on the field. Elam is toast. I tried believing in him but he’s just bad.
  13. Say it louder for the people in the back!
  14. Thanks for taking the time to actually read what I wrote and not jump to conclusions like some others. I appreciate it.
  15. Only if you purposefully don’t read or understand it.
  16. 7 disagrees and 5 agrees. That’s closer to even than “everyone”. Hmm… Either way though, who cares? Does majority mean one person is right? No, that’s not what i’m saying. Im saying that being in contention the last 7 years has resulted in the same final result as being a Browns fan. We are at home watching the Super Bowl and so are Browns fans.
  17. that has happened all year long. A free guy running at Josh. That is normal. That is par for the course. Josh just evades them and makes a throw. The problem with that play is that Torrance got nobody. he did not touch a single defender. So we have five against four. Because of Torrance.
  18. we are on year 60 something of nothing. The goal is to win the Super Bowl. Everything else is a failure. The goal is not to win the division. The goal is not to win up September game. The goal is not to have one good playoff win. The goal is to win the Super Bowl. Every year that doesn’t happen, is a failure. So… how is it any different than the drought? Because we got closer? Well, except we are no closer than we were 5 years ago when we played in the AFCCG. yeah, outside of the 1st drive, Allen was awesome. if Kincaid didn’t have hands of rock, then we would all be talking about that pass as one of the greatest throws in Josh Allen’s history. no, I’m not going to argue all day with someone who has their head stuck in the sand and brings up things like passes on the first drive of the game that didn’t hurt us. Mahomes 1 turnover, Allen 0. Go on believing what you want.
  19. I envy your ability to continue caring about the regular season.
  20. Lol, so you’re counting things that didn’t hurt us, and half of them came on the FIRST DRIVE. Got it. Huh? Thats the same QB sneak we ran all year. He always pulls back and goes to the right. Again - we have been doing that ALL YEAR. Do you guys not pay attention!? It is strategic. Torrence just blocked no-one. That’s not on QB No. Shakir would have been blasted. Posters already went over this. There 3 Chiefs waiting at the LOS to stop any Shakir run for the first. See the 3 Chiefs guarding the first down line? You’re just talking out of your ass.
  21. Just like 2021. And 2022. And 2023. This is what I mean. We are always a play or two away. What gives you hope that we will make that play?
  22. This did not happen. Torrence just blocked NO ONE. That is what happened. He watched as TWO rushers ran past him and he touched no one. If one rusher went through, Allen can evade that. Like he does all year. It had nothing to do with too many rushers. It was 5 on 5.
  23. I’m sorry that you don’t know what you watched, but Allen played great. - After the first drive, he was 68% for over 270 yards, 2 TD’s, 0 INT’s. - He threw an absolute dot to Hollins for a long TD. And another dot to Hollins down the middle to setup another TD. - His 4th down TD to Samuel was incredible. He had to pepper that ball through 2 layers of Chiefs. Wait until you see the All-22. - He was routinely getting harassed because our line folded like a cheap chair, and he still stood in there. - He made numerous audibles throughout the game that beat the Chiefs defensive. Allen played GREAT.
  24. I said it in the game thread. McD needed to have challenged that Kincaid spot.
