McDaniels knows that Hill is the entire offense. Tua could barely complete a pass when Hill went out. -

May not be a popular opinion but I’m impressed by Vrabel as a coach. Can’t stand him when we play him, but watching him coach against other teams I usually come away impressed. -

Yeah I didn’t even realize their starting G is out for the year now. It must have happened before I turned the game on? -

Absolutely they can. -
If we beat Dallas this week, NOTHING will convince me that we aren’t taking the division. We are 1.5 games back of Miami and the Dolphins still have to face Dallas, Baltimore and the Buffalo Bills! What an incredible week. We got nearly all the help we wanted. The Bills can absolutely beat Dallas. The team is rejuvenated, they’re playing for each other as well as their head coach and leader, and Josh Allen is playing out of his mind. I want that 4th-in-row division banner!!!

Would this be the week to give Elam a chance.

I just assumed that was code for “we didn’t get the offer we wanted”. Id be genuinely surprised if he is on the roster next season. -
The "McDermott Handicap" and hopefully a solution
Einstein replied to peterpan's topic in The Stadium Wall
The McD hate is out of control. That being said, it’s hard not to consider that the only reason his defense didn’t fail AGAIN in crunch time is because the opponent lined up incorrectly. I’ve been having a hard time today reconciling that with the glee of the win. -
Did "The McDermott Problem" Backfire? Or Work to Perfection.

Agreed. -

I’m skeptical. If they were setting that up all game, why did Allen never look his direction. -
Diggs has dropped more passes over the past 3 weeks than I can remember in his entire Bills career. No idea why, but he has. Nothing to do with not having 100 yards.
-
Yeah that’s a fair point.

A time or two per game is okay. But it felt like we ran variations half a dozen times yesterday.

So is a hail mary.

Taylor Rapp being reckless and a liability
Einstein replied to Mynamemike's topic in The Stadium Wall
I recall reading the Rams forum and their fans not being upset that he left. -
And not for nothing but after 13 seconds, Allen was gracious and kind to Mahomes. Flash forward and Allen wins on the right call (Toney was 100% Offside) and Mahomes is rambling about a blown call while Allen is greeting him after the game.
-
I had not good word to say about not running a single time in that situation.
-
Im fine with that. In fact, they can the join the team if they want.
-
We do need better receiving options. We have approximately no-one who can get separation right now. Whenever the broadcast showed the whole field, the receivers were covered. There was the one blown coverage where Gabe got wide open and Allen didn’t see him, but those things happen and are few and far between.

Sometimes I forget how fortunate we are. It’s easy, over time, to become comfortable with something/someone being in your life or on your team. But my goodness, name another QB who could deal with the constant onslaught he saw today. Nonstop blitzes, most of which were never picked up by our own line. Constantly avoiding defenders and avoiding sacks. The list of QB’s not named Allen who could have done what he did today is very very short. And i’ve never ever seen his flip out like a gigantic crybaby like Mahomes did after the game.

I don’t think he’s done but he sure is dropping a crap ton of balls.

The weekly "most suspicious officiating moments in the game" thread
Einstein replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Completely agree. I was shocked they didn’t overturn the Murray catch.
