  1. Nicks face cracks me up….sooooo serious and engaged in a completely made up scenario to fill up a slow news day. Gotta keep people watching I guess. 🤷‍♂️
  2. My point exactly...It's a franchise crippling price for short term success. Al Davis is the only one who would do it and he's dead.
  3. Have to agree. It's never been considered. The scenario of trading JA is something so ludicrous and detrimental to the franchise its just dumb to talk about...and I would know, I say a lot of dumb things.
  4. If this was actually being entertained.... The price proposed is too low and, the actual price in acquiring JA now, in his prime, one of the most dynamic and talented players in NFL history, would legitimately cripple a franchise like the Bears. It wouldn't be worth it. Now, a team like the Niners, theoretically could offer the moon to win a SB or two but again, so much draft capital would need to be expended to make this happen...it's just not realistic.
  5. No way...I'd be surprised. The Bills released a player for an unvetted accusation that never saw a trial...Can't imagine they will recognize an accused murderer who was convicted in a civil trial and by all accounts, the majority of the US population believes is an actual murderer.
  6. lol. It’s the op’s fault you didn’t read the first post for context. 😂
  7. Actually....it was. From the OP's first post - Best doesn't necessarily mean who produced most. It could. But just overall if you take everything into a player from production to leadership, tenure, great moments, to just likeable..... Did you read the first post or do you just like to just be passive aggressive and imply the people responding with players based on great moments are stupid? In my very subjective opinion based off of the very subjective criteria listed out in the very first post....It's Ryan Fitzpatrick....for me. But I'm willing to be open minded about others subjective position based on: production to leadership, tenure, great moments, to just likeable....which was in...THE VERY FIRST POST.
  8. Diggs helped Allen grow Frank had the comeback But nothing will ever top that feeling when Fitz went toe to toe with Brady and won. Stadium was out of control that day.
  9. I would typically just skim a post this long but.....really well done sir. Great take. I was all for packaging picks for a WR (out of frustration more than anything) but you have legitimately changed my mind.
  10. LOL...Well, bad on me because I didn't look at the post date. Your right, circumstances are definitely different.
  11. Not being argumentative but I don't understand this take. What GM would proactively weaken a unit "just because"? Diggs was obviously becoming or had become a major distraction/problem within the organization and Beane was not going to tolerate it. Thats my own personal conjecture. On another note...I'm thinking the Bills might be prepping a bit to avoid an aging, underperforming team when the new stadium opens up. A team who is on the come up after a couple down years (which realistically might happen).
  12. I’m not thinking this hurts his draft position much. Someone will be happy to take him in the 2nd.
  13. According to this thread the Bills are going to be a dumpster fire next year without Diggs 🤷‍♂️ I'm just deferring to the experts on here. Bills will obviously suck next year so, pretty attractive draft picks. If you can do it, and hypothetically get MHJ. I'd say do it. The Bills have done everything else with this franchise except mortgage their future by trading picks away. I say let's try that route. It took you a half second to formulate a response to a question you had no idea how to answer....impressive
  14. This years first and second, next years first and two seconds. That'll move you up quite a ways and would be very attractive to a developing team. Only took me half a second to come up with that scenario.
  15. I love it. Served his purpose. See ya Diggs. He's obviously a problem. If he was such a valuable asset Beane would hold on to him. KC just won a SB with the Mayor, Govenor, and Police Chief of Turd city at WR. What's the problem?
  16. Okay…who’s taking it on though. Look, I just don’t see it. I could be wrong but I don’t think so. I mean people here want him bounced. If he’s so good and worth the dough, why not just keep him 🤷‍♂️
  17. 30 years old, basically 100 million. Who is taking that on?
  18. Cool. What are their playoff stats? Again, not worth it IMO.
  19. Seriously....Unless he rebounds, he's not worth the contract he has and no team will take it on, also, barring anything outrageous happening, he won't be released. He's on the team this year.
  20. Was Harris a 1 year deal? Thought it was a two but I could be mistaken.
  21. I don’t necessarily think it’s a thing, but trades can tweak draft boards…make teams move up/down, etc. Just saying that the “this ain’t a thing” theory falls apart if he does go to a lower slotted team in the draft. Hypothetically.
