  1. The other stadiums would need to have a close connection to a main railroad line to have a offshoot to their stadium built. I'd expect it would depend on the cost and feasibility of building a connection to/from stadium.
  2. When did Taylor play for the Bills? I'm sure there are numerous players that ended other players careers in being part of the last collision they took which ended there playing careers. It is hardly a badge if honor or a state to be chest thumping about.
  3. Well pretty much all players except a franchise qb are accessories not the main cog. I'm just glad our FQB doesn't go for the cam Newton line of accessories. Tell me that guy didn't take a few too many hits to the noggin. Even so as long as cam is happy with his style choices hope that's the extent of his issues.
  4. Well when someone says x player needs y catches and the quarterback only throws to thatcplayer 4 times hard to argue its the receivers fault he didn't get 8 catches.
  5. If their opinion helps upgraded and using the surface that promotes the fewest additional injuries than they need to keep at it until we don't see all the additional injuries pileup each year.
  6. I was thinking much as you till the possible concussion play theory was offered as a possible reason for the lack of awareness Josh slipped into. He's not a dumb or arrogant kid like say Johnny Manziel was where it was all bravado with llttle real skill or talent. So I am willing to see how things are going forward to make further judgement on whether his diminished brain function was due to concussion fog. He does have his gunslinger mindset but most competitive players will share the trait of not backing down from a challenge. And the reason there is the Any given Sunday is because the violent nature of the game can deal some hefty injuries including a muddled thought process. Can't hold them accountable due to injury and concussions are injury to the brain the most vital organ we have along with your heart. Wie know Josh has plenty of heart so I'm leaning to yes on the concussion theory.
  7. I want him nort to become Andrew Luck 2 or any past qb that had problems with too many concussions.
  8. Yes and the podcast also reminded me that while we as fans get to dislike and maybe even detest other teams the players themselves are all employed by the NFL and many have friends all over the league on various teams so the Bills players while seeing Aaron being carted off a mere 4 plays after his NY debut are gon a take that a bit shellshocked as well as the Jets fans and players were. I could see Josh not take off full gallop when there was green ahead. And I'm sure part of that was remembering last year's injury and seeing his bud Aaron go down had him take his playing smarter to heart until all of the sudden he was just playing so badly, that it needs to have some reason behind it. I'm sure all the players that experienced the Hamlin incident felt some similar reflections internally on whether the cost in health playing the game is worth it. As well first games are always more sloppy as the team builds its cohesion and identity. Likely start seeing teams be what they can be around 3rd or 4th games as teams gel more.
  9. Well it's more of a that would be a logical explanation as prior to that he was taking the shorter stuff and getting the passes completed. It's just like if someone c I'd drunk they don't act like when they are sober. Except there's also the competitive aspect and if he isn't processing what he sees properly like in a convulsed fog that it hardly something he can control just as a person with other medical issues can't be held to same standards of clear thinking and quick reflexes. I do recall the play he seemed to trip on his own feet. We know Josh generally y is pretty athletic and can walk and run without difficulty. Even in face of pressure. I'd like to have Josh be asked if he did have a moment on that play where he felt any symptoms of concussion. I'd bet every pro player has been concussion enough that on refle tion they could guess pretty a curated, if they did likely get 9ne. Except in case the pla,er has had way too many to risk even one more. Like like kuechly. He would still be playing but for his brain being on verge of permanently being scrambled. And while I accept that the pla,ers have the right to de ide if they are willing to risk their future health, I am not gonna hold a concussion player to the same standards of intelligent play. I'd like the Bills to look into it even just internally so they can have a training staff keep track of the pla,ers we have that are more prone to concussions. Like discreetly give Morse a check when he has been in any play that edible had hi. Get hit in helmet with some force. He's had e ougb his tolerance to hits to head is likel, very low. I'd think k properly trained staff could deduce likelihood of one without fuss and no game is more important than any of the players health. I do hope you agree on that point. It doesn't change the loss but it gives a valid e plantation for such a flip I. His play. While he wasn't in total super Josh MO d e he wasn't processing what he was seeing as well as we have seen him play in past. After my stroke I temp lost motor control of left side. I never lost feeling and once I started therapy I was surprised how much strength I lost in my leg muscles just from losing that brain connection. I was an active softball playing letter carrier so I was in pretty good physical shape yet in a blink of however long it took for that location in my brain to die by the stroke it wiped out years of muscle strength and it is a surreal feeling to know how to walk and your trying to get that message to muscle that just doesn't hear the call. Once I rehabbed I did play softball again. And while my running was slower due to the slight dela, in sent signal my quick reflexes were unaffected and I still had the same speed Iin my reflexes. I guess the motor control is a different area of the rain from reflexes. I'd expect t maybe they are tied to area of feeling as my sense of touch was never impaired by my stroke or even the brainsurgery I underwent. I so had no memory losses or the speech issues that Kim suffered from her cardiac arrest. If you can't concede a different standard for an injured player I don't know how you could think it isn't a valid reason. I guess you think Aaron Rodgers should have touched it out and just had his ankle taped up to support the non existent Achilles after all its not like he should be expected to be running around like a young player.
  10. Yea he did appear to be a bit off in his post game press conference. It does give a bit of credibility to the concussion theory imo. If he did have a slight concussion and is having any symptoms as the week progresses I do hope they do follow whatever protocol is required even if he has to miss a game because of the lack of time to verify he's symptom free for the req time in protocols.
  11. I imsginevthey have Saturday grass set up like rolls of carpeting somehow they can just roll it out for when it's ñeeded on top of the current turf field I'd imagine they just have to determine the thickness of the soil they use and that it would be easily replaced s ced with a new strip as needed from wear and tear. Different rates on wear and tear based on field position do likely most replaced at mid field as that likely has most traffic per game.
  12. You followed Gabe Davis" catch abilities before we drafted him? So u follow his college team closely?
  13. Yea I'm one to call things out as I see them but I also do think the concussion theory that has been pointed out from a play that does seem to be The beginning of the sugar high Josh could be a dinged in the frontal lobe seeing stars and not wanting to be pulled from the game so Josh doesn't tell the sideline he got his clock rung if he even was aware at that point. Not like a convussedmperson will have the wits for a self diagnoses.
  14. As well he should take the play to Kincaid so that the defenses will have to choose which way they think the play is going. If he never passed to b a ze there defenders may know they can ignore that and jump the Davis route as the only pass Josh will try. If I know I can eliminate 1 of 2 options correctly even just 75% of time then I'd be caught out of position a low rate without a problem.
  15. Nah I'm sure with the tech they got today they could have a webbed netting with the correct grow lights led that could be stretched across field a appropriate height from the grass to promote proper growth even in winter weather. I mean they are gonna use a strain of grass that's grows well in cold areas. Not all areas of the earth have 4 seasons. And there's been plenty of grow light advances thanks in part to the other 'grass'. So doubt they'd need to worry about the only light for growth is natural sunlight
  16. And as they get to know their lineages they will know when they can maybe add in some stunts. Can a tackle jump into the spot normally defended by guard while a guard takes on a de that's trying to cut inside between tackle and guard? I don't know many rules on what's allowed or not.
  17. Well he has a right to treat anyone who demands he get his ass over here like some servant to be ordered around. It isn't like this other person suggested that she ask Stephon when it would be a good time for whatever interview they w a no to get done. I mean she does alotvofvthe fluff pr behind the scenes stuff to give players exposure. If she even jokes with the players in that manner it best be because they regard her as part of the gang and then that FU can be in a good friend mentality. It's not as common to have on staff media be that chummy with players perhaps but this is Buffalo where we do have that rep if good neighbors. Probably the only people he'd never respond that way to would be those he views as authority he grants as part of his employment. That be Pegulas and Beane and coaching staff. E1 else if in the tight-knit group it's FU. Not the young scouting intern office boy that's the college roommate of someone with nfl connections. i
  18. Yes and by exploring those multiple threads I did run into the theory of the possible concussion. There are enough stat disparity before after that play to maybe warrant closer study. For instance as the Bills have the nfls awarded best med staff or exactly what the award they got from the Hamlin incident, I expect they havea med tech on bench that routinely does a few checks on Morse after he comes to bench after any series Theresa's possible Hemet collision with defensive guy opposite him. DT right like an Oliver.
  19. And if nothing else I hope Josh mentioned if he got dinged in head to staff if for no other reason they could check him for any concussion symptoms. Not even thinking about any game implications its more player safety as there could be a argument the spiral in his stats began at that point. We don't need to hear 'Oh stop with the excuses' because concussions are no joke and that shaming mentality leads to players not volunteering they saw stars or whatever their reactions are. Many players are at different levels of sustaining their next concussion. I'd be curious how well the NFL or really first and foremost the Bills Med Staff tracks each Bills players concussion history. I mean mitch Morse likely could get one by someone just headslapping him with some force or when they are in goal line a solid helmet to helmet could put him out for a few months and who knows how much quicker he will have brain issues that effect his day to day. If it improves player safety I'd be glad that the Jets game as me loss lead to a change in tracking those forvplayers. It would allow for each teams staff to monitor more susceptible players more closely even without a full speed collision or obvious distress. And when did that botched play when Allen stumbled like he just learned to walk occur was it after this possible concussion?
  20. They need a guy on the staff to watch for those missed collisions as when the guy shakes it off. Not something you want to take risks with to be sure.
  21. Not enough evidence but it certainly would be a valid reason for the play deteriorating by stats tracked. So it cannot be dismissed as not possible. It also would be a valid reason to bench Josh for a few plays to have the Bills staff check him out to be sure there. That's we here the players themselves need to be front center when they get dinged a bit.
  22. Before games he could play this song for his oline. Elo -- Don't bring me down.
  23. Well there is probable cause that could link Josh downward spiral on the football field with his britanny breakup. Something isn't right somewhere in Josh's life and he needs to get it back on track.
  24. We are trying to get him to not Oops and do it again so this sends the wrong message.
