  1. Pats 160 yards running, the Bills 38. That's the season in a nutshell. You still need a running game in the NFL. Bills are totally exposed, and have been so since Tennessee.
  2. What? All that matters, and all Belichick cares about is W's. Bills need to step up.... NOW!
  3. Bills have 33 yards rushing. Give it up. Bills need a couple turnovers... First drive was fugly Bills need to make noise with the wind.
  4. 11-7. Bills are home, The game can be their if they want it. The winds will be slowly dying down from this point. Bills should defer the kickoff, and take the wind in Q4.... MNF making Buffalo skyline look surprisingly significant. I think they are using pictures from Boston?
  5. The sucky thing is that this wind is the worst winds we've had in the last 7 days. By 12am the winds are down to 12 mph, and 8 mph by 8am tomorrow. Awful timing.
  6. Pats big men, beating up our smaller finesse men. Belichick looked at the Bills team last year and invested in absolute beasts. It's working. The only thing keeping this game close is the weather. If it was 50F and 0 wind, we'd be down 14 by now, and getting run over. Bills need to invest in a few beasts at RB, and offensive line.
  7. We don't need a dome. We need tough football players, particularly at RB. Beane built the wrong team for Buffalo. .
  8. Give it up with the Dome. We don't need it, and no one is going to pay an extra $500M. The bad weather will be our friend by days end. No other outdoor cold weather city is calling for a dome. Packer fans whimpering for a dome. THIS IS FOOTBALL!!
  9. Come on Bills fans toughen up. The Ravens played last night missing their entire starting safeties lineup from game one, and 2 starting linebackers from game 7 on, and after last nights seasons ending injury to all pro Marlon Humphries the Ravens have NO starting Cornerbacks from game one of this year. And the Ravens entered last night game at the top of the conference, I'm not Ravens fan, but it's pathetic listening to Bills fans claiming were doomed because a marginal at best offensive lineman, and as reserve linebacker is out. Get a grip! Next man up. No excuses.

  11. I look to the Steelers performance yesterday to show the way for the Bills. The Steelers were reeling, and doubted as still being contenders, the Ravens were on a roll, Rothlisberger was seen as basically finished. The weather was very similar to tonight's forecast, dropping temperatures, with winds at 20-25 MPH. (There is zero chance of snow/rain tonight). The Steelers gutted out a tough game ageist the division/conference leaders. If the Bills are true SB contenders, they absolutely must win this game. No excuses, (Every team has injuries this time of year). Anyone who thinks the Bills lose this game, and then come back and beat the Bucs next week is delusional. At that point the Bills are 7-6, and are the Denver Broncos or Cleveland Browns. (They'll be at the bottom of the "In the hunt" category). If this is our time, we cannot let the hated Pats come into our home, and rub our faces in the dirt. Tonight is EVERYTHING. Bills 23-20.
  12. This is the one game today that will not be going the Bills way. Denver had their moment last week against the bipolar Chargers. This is already a laugher. The Bills need to win tomorrow, or they will instantly be thought of as just a second level AFC team like the Bengals or Browns. Just a team on the periphery who will be a non-factor if they even make the playoffs. The Bill INSTANTLY are back with the big boys IF they win tomorrow. Just a huge game.
  13. OK Bills, most of the games went our way tomorrow. Patriots are now (Sadly) currently the ONE SEED. Bills would be the TWO seed IF they win tomorrow! Tomorrows game COULD NOT be bigger for a week 13 game. GO BILLS.. The path has been laid!!
  14. Steelers TD - and 2pt conversion!! Rothlisberger looked good today. If the Steelers hold on, this would be a good win for the Bills if they hold on..... But the Bills have to win tomorrow. Otherwise this win won't mean much.
  15. Romo is the absolute worst, period. He's so phony over-dramatic, And takes both sides on EVERY controversial call. He's the worst analyst over all 5 networks covering the NFL. He's the Oprah of sports.
  16. I think Josh, Receivers, and the Bills D is built for December/January Buffalo weather. The current running backs are not. (The O-Line is not built for ANY weather). Bills need to address the RB's next year. If the game is played in (Very) cold/windy weather, I still think it's Bills advantage. Forget this dome talk. The state won't (And shouldn't) pay for the extra $400+M. The Bills need to tweak the lineup to be a better bad weather team next year. Buffalo with a dome would be a travesty. (They might as well move to Toronto). Don't recall the Steelers - Browns - Patriots - Packers - Broncos - Eagles - Jets/Giants - Bengals - Seahawks - Bears - Ravens etc. fans or owners ever clamor or even consider a dome, and those cities have MUCH more wealth, Fortune 500 Companies, and higher average population incomes than Buffalo. The Vikings went to 5 SB's outdoors when they were built for the weather, nothing since. The Lions have won nothing since moving indoors. Only ONE dome team has won a SB! Ever attend an indoor NFL game? It's arena ball, It sucks. Give it up.
  17. The Pats went out and spent $90,000,000 on 7 free agents for the 2021 season. Some of them over 30 yrs old. What rebuild? Belichick is older that the Brooklyn Bridge (Or the Callahan Tunnel if your from Boston). Rebuild my arse. Pats schedule has been as weak as the Bills. Mac Jones scares no one, and is no Josh Allen, looks like maybe the next Baker Mayfield. The media now pathetically (And predictably) slobbering all over the Pats means their about to collapse.... Bills 31 - Pats 17. Dane Jackson has interception.
  18. Thanks for adding these insightful comments.
  19. If you look at Pro the 2020 Football Weekly, and Athlon Football reviews of Dane Jackson, Jackson received good reviews and both Magazines thought he was a "Good value pick' in the 7th round, with "Starter Potential". No use in moping, it's football. There's only one 2021 season and the Bills are in the thick of it. Bills have 2 of the best defensive minds in the NFL in Frazier and McD. Plus the players will rally around Jackson. No dumpster dive players please. Jackson knows the system. Bills still win 11 games, and the AFC is WIDE open. Big help if Titans beat Pats on Sunday.
  20. Next man up is Dane Jackson. Big shoes to fill, but he competed against Levi Wallace for starter and almost won. I prefer Jackson over some dumpster dive pick-up. Hopefully Bills fans don't start moping. Lots of "Seasons Over" comments last night on this board. There's only one 2021 season. I have hope in Frazier and McD to make the necessary adjustments. Bills can still win the AFC east!!
  21. With all the Saint injuries, and a 3rd level backup at QB, the Saints are basically the Jets right now. Bills running game still anemic, O-Line just pathetic. No Tre, and Allen not the same when their are actually fans in the stands, This team looks like 9/10 wins, out of the playoffs.
  22. Bills running game has been contained, offensive line is still offensive, and now an awful throw. This Saints team is almost 40% backups. Bills still not firing on all cylinders on offense. If this was against the Pats, probably be behind. Plus White heading to the locker room.
  23. I can see the Pats - Colt game having more luster, but the Raiders - Browns? The Panthers aren't much worse than either the Browns-Raiders, and now have Cam Newton. If the Bills didn't self-immolate themselves against the Colts/Jags I believe they would have been the choice. Bills are now a 7 seed (Barely). If they were still the 2 seed (Which they would have been if they were playing legit football, and had players who care about playing actual football games Star/Brown Vs. making political statements), Much more compelling game.
  24. All good for him. He signed a two year $5M contract, so now he can spend Thanksgiving with his family as the $208K checks roll in every month. He's made a boat load of money being completely mediocre his whole career. Nice gravy train if you can get on it. Some posters here sadly think the Bills should sign him. Makes you wonder if some folks here follow the game at all.
