We want: - Cardinals over Texans - Raiders over Dolphins (probably) - Packers over Chargers - Titans over Jags (probably) - Steelers vs Browns is a tossup (whoever you think will lose more the rest of the year you want to win) - Vikings over Broncos - Eagles over Chiefs - Bills over Jets We can actually make up a lot of ground with some favorable results today.

Can’t they just tie, rather than somebody almost dying?
-
I say let the Browns win, because I think they are more likely to drop more games the rest of the way.
-
Tua has already thrown a few dicey passes. Should be good for a couple turnovers if he keeps that up.
-
Third and long defensive holding. Everybody drink. What I don’t get about these calls is it looks like the WR actually engaged the DB first. What is he supposed to do, step out of the way?

11/19/23 Week #11 GAMEDAY Bills vs Jets Pregame Thread
DapperCam replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm repeating myself here, but... Bengals #30 rush defense Jets #31 rush defense Broncos #32 rush defense We can't undo the moronic game plans of past games, but for the love of your deity of choice RUN 👏 THE 👏 BALL 👏 -
Run 👏 The 👏 Ball 👏 Run the ball. Run the ball. Run…the…ball!

I’m pretty sure all 4 will have the backup the rest of the way. Raiders fired their coach and benched the starting QB for a rookie. They are all in on the tank. For teams “in the hunt”, the Jets are also playing their backup (and he’s been terrible). Pickett is the Steelers starter, but he has been as bad as the backups. Only teams with QBs playing well (statistically anyway) are Texans, Broncos. Chargers and Bills. Maybe the 3 wildcards will be from that group.
-
No way the Browns or Bengals get more than 9 wins now. I actually think the Bengals completely collapse. The teams we are competing with for the wild card are very unimpressive. Like 2/3 of them are already onto their backup QB for the rest of the season.

Stefon is a troll, always has been. If he can get the media to bite he will.

Burrow and Watson out helps us a ton. Even if Burrow is out for only 2 weeks that would sink the Bengals. They are in the same position as us (zero margin for error). I could easily see the Browns finishing with 9 wins, and the Bengals finishing with 8-9 wins now. This leaves the Texans, Steelers, Colts and Raiders as our peers right now. Those teams are not very good…Bills have actually performed better than the Steelers IMO, they are just amazing at winning 1 score games while looking terrible apparently. This thing is wide open if we can get our heads out of our rears. 9-8 isn’t even impossible (but it would be hard with tie breakers).

It’s possible if Cook is looking at the ball during the handoff then he could have recovered it. But is still would have bounced off his knee, lol.
-
One of those fumbles was 100% on Allen. He dropped the ball before it got close to Cook and bounced off Cook's thigh. The other 2 I agree were 100% his fault.

TNF: Bengals vs Ravens - Who are we rooting for?

Once the Ravens score here watch out for the cheap shots. Bengals are dirty MFers. -

Bengals should just run it up the gut and throw to whoever the LB is covering every play. -

Love how all the Bengals CBs are standing at the sticks. -

Their dink and dunk offense is perfect for our soft zone. To be fair we’ve been down a lot of important defenders the last 2.25 times we’ve gone against them. -

Joe Burrow is taking a beating out there. -

It’s called a hip drop tackle. Basically a smaller DB grabs a bigger player around the waist from behind and then tries to sit down/goes dead weight to bring them down. It disproportionately leads to injuries, so people think it is dirty. -

I’ve heard Bengals fans saying he’s a bad coach, and their success has been despite him. -

Not to mention he’s had some underwhelming seasons sprinkled in there. -
Save face. Also will help him get another coaching job if he resigned vs being fired for cause IMO. Executives and top leadership at companies and orgs do that all the time. So much so that “I’m stepping aside to spend more time with family,” for an incompetent executive is a meme. Did I present it as fact? I’m not the only person that thinks Frazier was actually fired.

I think we can root for the Browns to beat the Steelers this week. And then hope they lose out.
