Also try to make him throw contested throws. Every throw he makes the WR is open. Probably helps that their defense never has them playing from behind.

Lamar only throws to receivers that are wide open it seems like. Probably why he eats so many sacks.

Yea, that should have been a flag. That intentional grounding is kind of lame. He threw it 2 feet over the TEs head. He could have reached up and touched it probably.

I don’t think a single game can be a referendum on a GM. Football is way too random for that. He is responsible for roster construction and coaching hires, and teams with superior rosters and coaching lose all the time. I think it is fair to take a look at his body of work and say it isn’t good enough though if that was your prerogative.

If they call it 90% of the time, then why would it make people question if the NFL is fixed? That would only make sense if they selectively applied the rule, which they don't. If you want to look at fixing games, look at defensive holding, illegal contact, pass interference, and offensive holding. Penalties that happen almost every play, but only seem to be called when Mahomes needs some help on a failed 3rd and long.

This just proves he does that little stutter step all the time, and people complaining about a fake slide are ridiculously wrong. Also, they call that late hit on the slide 90% of the time, so idk what OP is complaining about. He hit him pretty solid. If he didn’t want to get flagged he should have stopped or leapt over the top, which defenders usually do to avoid contact.

I think partially it’s that Diggs isn’t very fast or tall. He’s an elite route runner, but there isn’t a lot of margin for error hitting him in stride on deep passes. Allen either needs to make a perfect pass, or underthrow him a little bit. But the underthrow on deep Diggs passes led to like 3 INT earlier in the season.

Defense is going to give up some points with those injuries. Offense is basically fully healthy (sans Davis at the moment), so they are going to have to show up big time.
