HERE IS A GUY who came into the league dealing with the adversity of a maybe questionable domestic violence arrest and all he has done is worked hard, showed patience, sign league minimum extensions and make splash plays against a historically bad Jets offense.

Several times a game, you can tell something was wrong (and correctable) within mere seconds. The solution might be having the head official upstairs and not on the field, so the call can come down fast and without discussion.

Under 2 minutes in a half a defensive penalty should result in the clock being reset to the previous mark. At the very least, you should be able to decline the penalty and keep the time.

Yeah sort of and when I was 13 that may have worked, but these are grown ass men who’ve us thousand of reps at a high level and benching them for a mistake is a low level coaching move. You put your best guys out there no matter what. Bench Josh for his atrocious interceptions if that’s your coaching model.
