  1. Same. And I think the chargers will go will Johnson
  2. Sanders has started his jimmy clausen drop! He just isn’t a good quarterback and comes with too much baggage
  3. Evans has two years left and you don’t know what Godwin will be. If they think he can be a high end 2, it’s not a bad pick
  4. Couple of thoughts: 1) Love the content - clear, refined, every decision made sense. You guys obviously know your stuff (we knew that already), but 90 minutes of consistent material is hard to accomplish. Credit to you guys! 2) Bills picks - made sense, and of course would love to see it happen. To hit all three needs of the defense would be huge. I could see them dropping down to pick up a 3rd to go after a RB or WR, but we will see what happens shortly 3) Sounds like the audio was picked up from a call by Gunner to Gonzo. Could you all do a meeting through Zoom and record instead so the mic clarity matches across both sides? 4) Hope you guys consider doing this more, maybe even with bringing in posters for segments to cover topics/questions. I think you guys gave some great content - would love to see it continue!
  5. If you are going to trade cook and draft a replacement, by god this is the year to do it... So many good options available
  6. ChatGPT is great, but not the only tool out there that will blow your mind. CoPilot through Microsoft is amazing too, especially combined with other Microsoft Power Platform tools. We just built a tool through Microsoft that reads every email our companies AR team receives (we are a VERY large company, over 70,000 US Employees), understands the details being provided, standardizes the results, reads any attachments if there are PDFs or Excel files, and then puts the information in Microsoft List, which you can embed the email itself on the record and the search functionality will actually read through all of the emails and not just what is listed on the cells like what you would be limited to with excel. Completely changes the way my team obtains information and leverages it. Within a year, my team of 50 people may be reduced to 10 if we can continue to leverage functional AI to deliver our services. It's incredible - and scary
  7. Roughly where I would have them. if they added 2017-2019 they would be higher, but agreed I’d have them around 7th given their draft position and output
  8. I could see Beane taking a chance on a boom/bust or off field issues guy with 62 Bond type of player
  9. Hot Takes: 1) Until Josh's MVP year, you could make a case that Dion was the Bills best player. I think he is that good 2) McD is an underrated head coach, and would take a team like the Jet's and make them a wild card team last year 3) The Bills are a top 5 drafting team since Beane has taken over
  10. If Eric is open past 75 I'm 100% trying to move up to get him. Too much of a pure outside receiver option to pass up. Like Gabe Davis, plenty talented to be in the league as a #4 or #2. Would be PISSED if he fell to 95 and the Chiefs get him
  11. Exactly. Every GM is taking a view of their roster and saying "I want the best guy at my pick, within the realm of reasonability given the current roster". Bills wont be taking TE (heavy investment there already), Tackle (locked down contracts), QB (Allen), RB (Cook/Davis) at #30. They will view BPA against need and draft. I'm not sure why people dont understand this as you said
  12. Rondale Moore was a guy I wanted back from his Purdue days. Great speed and good enough hands. Could see him brought in ala Isabella this past year.
  13. All of the posters hating Von for his lack of effort on his pass rushes are now hating on a high motor guy who will do the exact opposite of Von… funny
  14. Someone hasn't driven the Kia Telluride or Stinger and it shows.... haha
  15. It is what Beane and Co have decided. They are elite at QB, very good at O-line and RB (and OC), above average at TE, and average at WR.
  16. Shakir Coleman Palmer Samuel Hollins? Mid round pick If you lock Cook up, and this offense will continue to be top 5 every year.
  17. yea im not convinced that much of an upgrade, and they now are without Thuney as well…
  18. You have to wonder how much winning the SB has been a negotiating tactic for these guys. “If you sign with us now, get a deal done, we know what we can do to make the rest of the roster good enough to not only win a superbowl this year, but have a 5 year window to win as much as possible”
  19. It’s a fine deal - I was thinking he could get as high as $23M a year
  20. I'd say "solid" options for Thuney replacement is a risky assumption. Maybe at LG, but then that leaves an even BIGGER hole at LT if you move Kingsley inside. You aren't just replacing Thuney for LG, you are taking away either an All Pro LG or a serviceable LT when he was shifted outside. The Chiefs drafted Kingsley to be LT, and now they need to shift him in to be a serviceable guard, while leaving the hole at LT. It's a bit similar to the Cody Ford situation the Bills went through. Hicks I'm solid on, but Reid was a big big player especially in the playoffs. I severely doubt Hollywood is back. Severely. Chiefs need to add 2 solid WRs to their team, and this is a poor draft class to address it (Bills are in the same situation). I think Bolton tests the market, and may come back depending on the offers. I wonder if the org was really "happy" with Kelce coming back. He has obviously lost a step, and they could have saved I think $17M if he retired. Would've helped them fill some of these holes, and they could've drafted a TE to develop in a prime role (not saying that cant anyway, but now you have a chunk of cap AND a draft pick at the TE position.
  21. This year is their largest roster turnover since their Dynasty has started. Losing Thuney Losing Reid Losing several D-line rotational players Losing 2-3 WRs (D-Hop, Hollywood) Losing Bolton most likely I'll be interested to see how they are going to navigate this.
  22. The smartest move Beane made on the line with personnel was invest in the tackles over the guards and center. Letting Morse walk, and locking down Dawkins and Brown created stability on the line and the guards are ultimately replaceable compared to the tackles. Compared to the Chiefs, who have their money tied up in their Center, RG (Smith), and Thuney, which forced them to play bad tackles (Taylor stinks) and shift Thuney to LT which hurt them. Now they move on from Thuney, will extend Smith, release Taylor next year, and now need to replace both tackles while still having $50M tied up in their interior
  23. Good move for Bears, and the right move for KC. They couldn't keep Thuney/Smith/Humphrey all at once given their contract situation. Taylor will be gone after next year, so I'll be interested if they spend anything substantial for Thuney's replacement this year, or wait until next year (maybe a Vet 1 year deal makes sense this year for LG).
  24. They absolutely can, as long as they take hits in other areas. They are under the averages on their o-line, and if they continue to develop well there, it will be the area they stay lean to be able to sign someone like Cook.
