  1. Maybe DiMarco's injury is not as bad as I fear. Most neck injuries for FBs or LBs are career enders.
  2. I think we saw that Motor runs better without a FB in front of him, but what type of back is Moss? If both of these guys run better without, then just use Gilliam as the HB and call it a day. I would be happy just to never see our offset-I formation short yardage package get one yard on a 3rd and 2 again. Woof.
  3. I knew I was going to get Uyghur'd for that! Can I just watch the NBA for my 3 credit re-education course?
  4. You want this WR depth problem every year. We have been a mess for years in this regard. The TE room is a different story. And if you want to lump 2 groups together it should be TEs and FBs. Those positions are currently in flux. I don't personally think Knox is the answer, but he will get his shot this year. Please surprise me. Guys like Kroft, Croom, Sweeney are a dime a dozen. The front office needs to make a concerted effort next year to improve there, if Knox fails to grow this year. For FBs - DiMarco will probably be let go soon (IR'd), leaving the position to an undrafted Gilliam. Hope he can contribute on STs.
  5. I going to enjoy every week of football like the players do - like it's their last. Who knows what'll happen, be it the team, viruses, politics - come what may.
  6. Wow that was well done. I could do without the production stuff, just his words are powerful enough.
  7. Look at our little thread growing up right before our eyes. Such a handsome young lad!
  8. I hope so. I was just giving you a hard time. I'm ok with where WNY is for the fall. No reason to go backwards unless the dead start piling up in the streets. Prove being in school is not the end of the world and move on.
  9. So this is a common problem with the rafter attachment points at the top of your walls. The nails work loose over time and develop creaking & popping noises on windy days when the house shifts in the wind. Problem is, they are typically tough to get to when the roof is installed. You *could* reinforce it, if you can get to them in the attic. A lot of house styles make that impossible. If you ever get a full re-roofing job done, it may be worth it to pull the underlayment off the roof at the rafter attachment points and reinforce those connections. Newer construction use those attachment plates that make the attachment much easier and fool proof.
  10. Look fat, just keep this thread at the top of the world. Don't be a liar, Jack.
  11. LIQOUR! Looks like someone needs more in person English classes. Oh yeah, and I likes that Phil Collins album too - No Masks Required.
  12. I've heard Sal say it more than once on GR "Don't discount Croom making the 53, he's had a solid camp". Plus there is a love connection to the owner's family. And as we all know, nepotism is the best -ism.
  13. It is well known in corporate circles that Tuesday is the day to fire, release bad news, etc. This may have, at first, accidentally fallen into that most excellent of days (sorry, I watched Bill & Teds). And the media likes it as Tuesday is usually the slowest for news. And then they have to get “approvals” on the TPS headers, so Tuesday ends up always the highest death day. It is real life “Office Space”.
  14. It is funny and really DUMB. I keep reading it typically takes a few days to classify and report out all the covideaths. But what I don’t understand is wouldn’t the death show up at the date & time when the human expires, you know like they write on every death certificate? This either implies that the deaths are categorized when someone makes the decision, or people literally decide to not die on the weekend (not true). Why not backfill last Saturday with the real data! As a reliability engineer (if I was one), I would think the actual date and time of an occurrence would override the “decision” of an engineer when a piece of equipment failed. Let me track all the bearing failures in my fleet for when I review and classify that bearing indeed fail. Lots of bad bearings on Tuesday morning.
  15. I saw that today. I wonder how the normies are going to interpret that. I am going to guess that "Trump has corrupted the CDC and those number are all false". It takes 24 hours for the spin machine to ramp up.
  16. I think they've solved racism! California leading the way. Just a note - California was always a free state.
  17. 4chan already identified the shooter from last night.
  18. I liked the pearl harbor one, find that one!
  19. I’ve seen this before. He’s in the death throes of this current ID. Sort of like Pennywise shedding his skin. I kind of feel bad for the made up persona, it used to be funny with the HOAX! comments.
  20. I hear a helicopter is a good place to talk honestly. It does get a little chile up that high, so bring a jacket!
