I like these questions and feel it’s an interesting idea. IMO I’m not sure whether Reich was really ready to be a HC in 2015. He had one year experience as an OC in San Diego under Mike McCoy who likely had a big say in the offense/playcalling. That team finished 9-7. I think Reich learned a lot about being a HC from working Doug Pederson in Philly. So the Reich you got in 2015 was probably different from the one Indy hired in 2018. Still it’s hard to say because of the QB position. We have no idea what Reich/Whaley would do at QB. I’m guessing they probably don’t bring in Tyrod who Rex advocated for. Does Reich try to resurrect EJ Manuel, roll with Matt Cassell, or try to sign or draft another QB? If it’s the former, I see Reich lasting about as long as Rex did. Also we have no clue who would be the QB under the Reich-led Bills

Tim Graham Is very close to the Kelly family. I’m not 100% certain but pretty sure that he said Elway took a flier on drafting Chad with the last pick in the draft as a favor to Jim Kelly. Of course he ends up getting arrested and released after working his way up to QB2. I thought that Graham said the Bills were discouraged from brining Chad to the Bills because he needed to be away from Buffalo where he often found himself in trouble

He also seems like the innovative offensive coordinator to unlock the true downfield passing potential of Tua, that Miami has been looking for! He worked wonders with Kyle Orton, Blake Bortles and Gardiner Minshew

Also after seeing him in SF, would NE even want him? Or would they try to find a better option at QB for the future? Normally I wouldn’t be surprised to see him brought it as a stop-gap while they figure out the QB position, but his contract will make it harder

I will say it’s kind of a catchy song and probably helps market the team to younger audience. So in that respect it’s good.

He wasn’t a terrible coach and was easily the best coach of The Drought (not saying much). I’d say he was pretty mediocre. The biggest thing that continues to plague his success is his conservative nature. We saw this in Buffalo when he elected to punt close to FG range. You can argue he cost JAX a super bowl appearance

Same with me, but I was on the fence about Marrone. There was a narrative in the media that his game management and conservative nature was killing the team. Looking back it’s hard to dispute that. Still a winning record at 9-7, even though it meant losing to a 2-12 Raider team that killed their chance at the playoffs, seemed like a huge accomplishment. I thought we had traded up when they hired Rex a few days later🙄🙄🙄

They are different receivers. Last Spring I would have wanted Hopkins but I think Diggs is the better fit in a lot of ways on this team.

I don’t believe Denver did when he was HC. His overall winning percentage is about 57%. Slightly above average which is how Id categorize him as HC. Wade is also almost 74 years old. Too old to be hired as a HC Dan Orlavsky loved Caldwell and said what a good job he did as HC in Detroit. I know he’s been in consideration for other HC jobs recently.

On paper he’s the best choice and he easily had the best record in the NFL. I guess the downside of Harbaugh would be his personality and leadership.

Below are a few candidates: Leslie Frazier, Bills DC Josh McDaniels, Patriots HC Jason Garrett, Giants OC Todd Bowles, Bucs DC Dennis Allen, Saints DC Raheem Morris, Falcons DC/HC Romeo Crennel, Texans DC/HC Chan Gailey, Miami OC (just for fun!) Dan Quinn, out of NFL Matt Patricia, out of NFL Marvin Lewis, out of NFL Bill O’Brien, out of NFL Jim Caldwell, out of NFL Jim Harbaugh, out of NFL IMO I would go with Frazier or Bowles. I think both are good leaders that would be a solid defense. Offense is the big question mark with them.

Correct but if Pittsburgh loses and Cleveland beats the Jets both teams go into the game at 11-4. That means the division winner will be 12-4 as well. So in a 3 way tiebreaker, the Bills would win.
