When I watched the beyond blue and red about the stadium, I had to look up and figure out when he became President. I thought he was just part of the stadium group; had no idea he was President on the Bills. Lots of these type of things may be because of conflict of interest in something Ron wants to do in the future. I wouldn't look too much into it. This executive world is full of constant rotation.

It's exactly how it works. It has gotten way too expensive to keep up with the increased costs the NFL demands to host MNF. NFL and the players are greedy as heck and will do anything for an additional dime in their pocket. Just waiting for the day for the NFL to price themselves out of more networks and they will end up on some dumb streaming platform that will kill their audience. NFL is playing with fire with the amount of greed they are trying to obtain. I can assure you, the NFL isn't what it is today, without MNF for all these years on ESPN or ABC. They are currently biting the hand that is feeding them. It may not seem like its an issue now because the money is flowing, but the harder it is to find the games or buy a service to watch the game, the more future fans you are throwing away.

A trickle down of players making 50 million a year.

You need some perspective. Who said anything about not giving a crap about anything? Diggs acting mentally unstable is not on my list of things I care about. Diggs should be thrilled that he gets paid very well, is healthy enough to play the game, plays on a very good team, and is one of the top targeted WR in the league. Diggs is NEVER happy and I just don't care anymore of his emotional imbalance. You would think seeing him friend dead on the field would click something in his brain about how blessed and lucky he is, instead he is acting like he is disrespected (or whatever his issue is).
-
I just find it really difficult to give a crap about Diggs after seeing a guy literally die on the field last year. There is more to life than to give a crap about a multi-millionaire WR tantrum. I honestly feel like Diggs has never been satisfied or happy in his life for an extended period of time. Seems like he is always seeking out the next issue within his mind. I wish the guy would get some help because he has a great life and needs to enjoy it.

Levi Wallce buried on depth chart; if he's cut...?
Back2Buff replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
Honestly, there were times when I wished we had him last year. I think he is better than Dane. -
It's a little concerning of how many people don't understand this. I see comparisons of houses in Tonawanda to a million dollar house in OP. Million dollar houses are a struggle to sell right now. Even ones in the upper 700-900k. The pool of people wanting to buy a house this high in Buffalo, is VERY low.

I'm assuming that the property taxes are not being calculated at 1.8 million. Probably closer to what he paid which was about 1.2 million. They would go up if someone dumbly pays 1.8 million. Also, I don't think Redfin includes school taxes. At least that is what I noticed when I looked at my house versus all the taxes I actually pay.
-
In this area, high end homes have not seen a large increase. For example, Beasley put his house on market for 1.5 million, and it sold for 1.2 million. Property taxes are ridiculous in OP. I can't even imagine what a 1.8 million would pay in taxes. I know a 500k house is like 12k a year. Probably looking at over 40k a year in property taxes at 1.8 million.
-
Beane put his house up for sale...at a ridiculous up charge of 650k. Good luck to Mr.Beane trying to get 650k more than what he paid in this housing market at that high end of the market. Only hope is another player or coach buys it. Beane House

People say that every year, and then the NFL draft never disappoints on the trades or players taken. The media drives out narratives on certain players (agent driven) and then when the authentic events happen, they call it silly season.

There are only three WR worth taking in the first: JSN, Flowers, and Addison. Everyone should watch this video: Steve Smith WR

They would have just paid Edmunds.

That's just not true and is just made up. One person said that like 20 years ago and has been debunked.

This is my own rumor: Beane hates letting extra pick burn in his pocket. With him already putting the 3rd round comp pick into the equation next year, good chance he trades our 3rd next year to move up. I would think moving up in round 2 could be ideal. Should be worth at least ten spots. Could get you into the top 50 again. I think they could target Det at 48 because they have the most capital this year and would like to push some of that to next year.

Hill has lots of hobbies outside of football. He was healthy this past season, but that hasnt been the norm. I can definitely seeing this being the case. Most WR aren't productive after 30
-
Wow. Edmunds made the pro bowl in his second and third years in NFL. Heck of a three year training program. Because Edmunds was so young going into FA, Bills are getting a 3rd round comp pick for a LB, who generally don't have large enough contracts to warrant a 3rd pick comp.
-
In terms of first round players, this regime would go for a guy like Sanders before Campbell. They love to take guys with more potential (Allen, Edmunds, Oliver, Rousseau). Elam has a little more experience than past picks, but still was a very young junior. Campbell will be 23 when the season starts while Sanders will be 21.

They getting paid to clean the stadium after the games?
-
I'm just not sure if any of these LBs in the draft have a better chance of succeeding over Bernard and Spector. A lot of the same things you hear about Sanders, is what was being said about Bernard in College. I'm not just not a fan of Campbell. Reminds me of Poz, who would get eaten alive in today's NFL. I personally like Spector's college tape a lot, and his play anytime he got time in Buffalo was good.

Jordan Phillips back with Bills 1 year deal
Back2Buff replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems stupid to bet on an oft-injured player to stay healthy. However, this is what this regime does. They struggle to find hidden gems, so they just go back to the same wells over and over again. -
Anyone but Dodson. He was brutal last year. I went back and looked at twitter comments from people who watched Bernard while he was playing games at Baylor. They all had really good things to say. He looks massive in his latest pics from his vacation. I'm willing to give him a chance.
