I expect the Bills first drive to be 90% scripted pass plays and score on a Tolbert 1 yard TD. Then next drive Tyrod runs 50% of the plays and the rest rollout quick passes. Kelvin Benjamin scores on a 10 yard TD. Then the rest of the game a few field goals and 2 INTs and 1 fumble revovery by our D. Bills win 20 - 6.
These Jags seem super cocky to me. They are primed to be steamrolled and blindsided. Happens every playoffs.... Some team is over confident and gets beat by a team of no names.
Another TCU guy.
"
The Bills made a precautionary move on their practice squad in the event that LeSean McCoy’s ankle injury is slow to recover this week.
Buffalo signed free agent RB Aaron Green to their practice squad Tuesday. Green (5-11, 201) was most recently on the Dallas practice squad and was originally signed as an undrafted rookie by the L.A. Rams.
The TCU product has appeared in two career NFL games (2016). He rushed for more than 2,400 yards and 20 touchdowns in three seasons with the Horned Frogs.
To make room on the practice squad for Green, the Bills released S L.J. McCray."
Heard a clip of Deon Sanders of all people the other day. He talked about the benching of Tyrod for the Chargers game. He said "why would you bench your QB when you're in contention". This is not verbatim, but he said when he looked into it and talked to the players, he found out that it was justified, and the players thought it was needed. He felt Tyrod needed that to look at his game and make adjustments.
What does this mean?
"Potential Out: 2018, 4 yr, $49,286,027; $2,400,000 dead cap".
It would be legendary to get him, after he secured the Bills playoff spot.
I like this. I have been disappointed in the college QBs at the same time starting to like Tyrod more. Now, maybe Tyrod starts next year and we take a QB round 2. Go defense in round 1. Maybe even trade down for a 2nd and 3rd.
However, if we can get Rosen, Mayfield, or Rudolph, then my opinion changes.
